DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. FIND ANYONE ELSE. I really regret hiring this company for my front yard landscaping. I was quoted $750 for the job, and while the initial result looked fine, the grass quickly died despite me following every single maintenance instruction — alarms, timers, watering schedule, everything.

When I reached back out, I was told it was my fault and asked to pay another $250 to replace a smaller patch. I didn’t want to argue, so I agreed and again followed all the instructions carefully. But once again, the grass started dying almost immediately.

I called and messaged them constantly, asking for help before it was too late, but all I ever got back was “nothing is wrong.” Within two weeks, the grass was completely dead again. When I called to express how unacceptable that was, the owner, Joe, admitted it was bad sod and said he’d replace it. He apologized — but then never showed up.

I followed up for weeks. No response. After a month, I called him from a different number, and he answered right away, clearly not realizing it was me. He again promised to come in a couple of days. He never did. Now he completely ignores all calls and messages.

This has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Please do not do business with this company or with Joe. Unreliable, unprofessional, and unwilling to stand behind their work. Save yourself the headache and go with someone else.
