Constraction reviews in Miami, Florida

Top-notch work and great communication throughout the process, extremely professional. They truly care about doing the job right. Would recommend to anyone!

Great service! The team was professional, on time, and did quality work on both the AC and sheet metal. Everything runs perfectly. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! Friendly staff, fair pricing, and top-quality work. I’ll definitely call them again for future AC or sheet metal needs.

P&S is my go to HVAC sheet metal company. The quality of the sheet metal work was top-notch, and their professionalism was evident from start to finish. P&S was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. They took the time to explain the work being done and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. Overall , 5 out of 5 t stars 🙏

Been working with these people for a while they do not disappoint!!!! Best prices, services and quick!!!

I had a great experience working with this sheet metal company. They were professional, reliable, and knowledgeable in both custom sheet metal fabrication and HVAC services. The team was punctual, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made sure everything was done to a high standard.

Outstanding company with lot of discipline and seriousness in what they do. Professionals and super clean and/or organize. It is great to have people working in your house and see at the end of the day the work done and the cleanliness impecable like nothing was happening. Leo amazing leading his crew

Very profesional work, created good relationship and explained the process from start to end. I will recommend to anyone looking for a reliable contractor, very responsible team and everything was done in a timely manner, i also compared with other companies and the price was fair. Im very happy i choose SKAFD for my home addition.

Leo, Oscar and the whole team did an amazing job turning an old bike shop in a luxury spa! The huge project was delivered on time and within budget at a very affordable price! I highly recommend them for all your commercial and home construction needs!

I’ve completed several home projects with SKAFD Construction, and unlike other contractors, they consistently stick to their schedule, deliver excellent service, and showcase exceptional craftsmanship. Highly recommend them for reliable and high-quality work!

Para mi una de las mejores compañias gracias por el gran trabajo que hicieron en mi casa

Prompt efficient and professional. Sink installation and electrical work

I called them three weeks ago to remodel my old bathroom, Mr freeman was very nice and their team got things done quickly. Def recommended

Muy buena

Very Professionals.

I call to check if they has a 3-way toggle switch for light, they have only one stock, I want to make sure they have it before I head in. I spoke very slow and clear. A girl in Home Depot just repeated I don't understand you have to go to homedepot website. I even told them I can provide the model number. Then she hand off seem she is so impatient. Terrible experience for me.

My wife went Saturday because our kitchen sink pvc pipe broke. She had gone to other home depot and they kept giving her the wrong help. Oscar from plumbing was able to help and we were able to fix our leaking pvc pipe. Oscar saved the day. He was patient and knowledgeable, we don't have any leaking pipes anymore.

The communication was great. The product is good. The actual installation was quick but the whole process was way too long. From the moment HD went to my house to provide a quote to the moment inspection passed, took 3 months. I would recommend though

Eviten venir a este lugar no hay quien te atienda en ninguna de las líneas y está lleno te trabajadores de ellos pero ninguno sabe nada y nadie te puede ayudar
