Constraction reviews in Miami, Florida

If I could give Thomas 6 stars I would. No one likes to feel like they could have issues going on with their house dealing with water damage but I don't think I can refer anyone more thorough than him.

He told me his very honest opinion about what was going on with our laundry room ceiling in a way that made it easy to understand the risks involved as well as his plans on how to resolve the issue short and long term.

He came from a friend's referral but if you're shopping around on google for someone to be able to do cost-effective mold and mildew mitigation, consider this a referral !

Mr. Thomas Avila and his crew at PuroClean of Coral Gables are top notch. They were courteous, professional, always on time and do excellent work. Mr. Avila was present at our house every step of the way and kept us informed during the entire process. He genuinely seemed concerned about our situation and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company.

Our home was one of the homes unfortunately impacted by the flood in Fort Lauderdale that happened in April. Thomas was very timely, attentive, gave great advice in during a stressful times, and his prices were competitive. Additionally, he provided all the necessary documentation for our insurance submission, which was critical. We highly recommend!

UPDATE NOVEMBER 2025: two years after the flood of our home, we had another property of ours sustain substantial water damage. We reached out to Thomas again and service was just as great as the first time. He’s very reliable and knowledgeable and his assistance in our times of need is very appreciated.

Thomas from PuroClean was amazing, his expertise and professionalism is superb. While other companies were trying to take advantage of our situation, Thomas came in and resolved our disaster at a very reasonable price, nontheless gave us so many tips that helped us tremendously.. would totally refer and use again whenever needed.

I want to recommend Thomas Avila for his outstanding service. He recently addressed water damage in my apartment.

I was incredibly impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency.

He was able to assess the situation quickly and explain the repairs clearly and understandably.

Most importantly, he completed the repairs quickly and effectively.

Thank you !!!

We called PuroClean yesterday to have some mold checked out in our closet. Thomas A. came within an hour and could not have been nicer. He was very personable, assessed the situation quickly and gave us peace of mind before the Thanksgiving holiday. Thomas was great!!!

Puro Clean responded promptly to the call. We're very professional and patiently explained the whole process.
Accessed the damage and promptly started working until the last drop of water was dried.
Highly recommend then for any of their services.

Thank you PuroClean

This is my second time using Puro Clean for my house. One time when I first moved in where the company came in to do an evaluation of the home as we suspected the previous owners had covered up some moisture in our kitchen with paint. Thankfully, we didn't have any true issues back then to work through.
Puro Clean came through this time around to do some mold mitigation as we had a leak after the heavy rains just beside our bedroom downstairs. He explained the problem we were having and gave us 3 different solutions that were easy to understand and allowed us to work within our budget to make sure the best possible outcome was achieved. He left our room paint-ready and dry. Thankfully.
I would definitely recommend going with a company that cares about your home as much as you do like Puro Clean.

Thomas was prompt and professional. He was quick and easy to communicate with. PuroClean did a great job!

Thomas and his crew are the best. They have great equipment and a great brand behind them.

PuroClean was amazing to work with. Thomas is a very kind and honest owner, which can be difficult to find in this type of industry. The pricing was reasonable and the job was done well—a rare combination. I’m always hesitant to hire anyone but I can recommend this company to everyone. Thanks again.
