Constraction reviews in Miami, Florida

House looks the best it ever has. VIP did a great job from the beginning with all communications before during and after. I would highly recommend Christhian and his crew if you want to get your painting done and be worry free.

Great service. Completed exactly what I asked for and the team was extremely professional and responsive.

The Joyas are always super sweet and willing to help you with your needs.

Joya roofing is the best roofing company in South Florida. They care and consideration to every detail and always take care of their clients. I always have a pleasure speaking with Dylan Joya on any of my jobs.

We had a great experience with Joya Roofing when they put on our metal roof a few years ago. We have referred Manny and his team to family and a number of friends who also chose to use Joya Roofing for their roofing needs, for repairs and new roofs.

Professional, reliable and high quality work! This is our second time using Joya Roofing and they never disappoint! Problem fixed FAST and they even show us pictures of the problem so we could understand the necessary repairs. It's rare to find a company this honest and this good nowadays and we highly recommend them for any roofing needs!!

Outstanding Roofing Experience!!

From start to finish, they exceeded every expectation. Their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions thoroughly, and provided a clear and detailed estimate with no hidden surprises.

On installation day, the crew arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home with the utmost respect—protecting landscaping, keeping the worksite clean, and ensuring everything was done safely. The quality of craftsmanship is truly top-notch; my new roof not only looks beautiful but is built to last.

What stood out the most was their commitment to customer care. They followed up after completion to make sure I was fully satisfied, and even checked in after a recent storm to confirm everything was holding up perfectly. That level of dedication is rare and speaks volumes about their integrity. This is a team I would recommend to absolutely anyone!!

The men that work for this company are very responsible and reliable. They are very professional over the phone and quite to get the job done

Exceptional service and in a timely fashion. From one business to another they provide quality and profession we all strive to encounter. I would tell any and everyone to call on them for any services needed. If they don't already have it they will most certainly find it for you. 10/10

Wonderful company to work with, they have serviced several of our homes through the state of FL. Affordable and consistent pricing on all things ranging from roofs, to indoor painting, exterior landscaping and much much more. I always call the guys at FPC to get the job done.

Very affordable contractors, roofing jobs done right and they helped my vision come to life. The office staff and Site managers were a delight to interact with. Highly recommend!

Our experience with FPC during the construction activities around Jaycee Park and Beach Parkway has been extremely negative. Their operations and subcontractors caused repeated damage to our property, including destruction of our yard, broken sprinkler heads, excessive dust intrusion into our home, and damage from heavy truck traffic.

There was a complete lack of respect for the surrounding residential properties. Despite multiple complaints and documented reports, the issues were not properly addressed or remediated. The disruption, property damage, and ongoing impact on our quality of life were unacceptable.

Construction companies working in residential areas have a responsibility to protect neighboring properties and operate with basic professional standards. Based on our experience, FPC failed to meet those standards.
