We had our entire flat roof re-roofed in December 2016 by Affordable Contractors. We chose a flat roofing system from IB Roof systems - a company that offers a lifetime warranty, and they were the ones to recommend Affordable to me. Koby was my direct contact, and I have to say, I am yet to meet a more professional contractor in my life. Koby's communication and attention to quality was amazing both before and after the "sale". I didn't think a hassle free, high quality roofing job was possible, but that's what Koby delivered! He made permitting and inspection happen so smoothly, and even shared videos of the roof getting done, explaining how he was taking care of quality control during the process. I would be happy to recommend Koby / Affordable Contractors to anyone without reservation. A customer for life!

Koby was the total professional. from our first question to him to the hammering of the last nail, everything was done in a professional, businesslike manner. His workers were very quiet all the time they were here. We almost didn't know they were working until they finished and the roof leaks stopped.

I can't say enough praise for Affordable Roofing Contractors. We had a hole in our roof that was causing water to leak onto our dining room floor after heavy rains and created a stained area on our ceiling. I hired Affordable Contractors to reroof my house in Miami, which was old and had many leaks. They were 5 stars all the way! The entire old roof was removed and all the bad wood was replaced. They put down new lifetime dimensional shingles and an all white thermoplastic flat roof. The labor and material warranties provided are great. With the added ventilation and energy star flat roof, my home should be cooler in the brutal Florida heat. My new roof looks great and I have no more leaks. They were also very professional and thorough leaving everything clean and neat. I would recommend Affordable Contractors to anyone needing a quality roofing company.

This is the best roofing contractor in south Florida. Koby and Joe did an amazing job on my mothers tile roof. The roof is beautiful, durable and was done perfectly. We just had a new roof installed by Affordable Contractors and we couldn't be happier. From the initial estimate to making sure that we were 100% satisfied with the job at completion, Kobe was there at every turn, insuring that we understood each step of the process and that everything was done perfectly. The job was finished in the exact amount of time we were told it would take and when they packed up and left, the entire property was spotless. I had started my roof with another roofer and it was a disaster. Koby and his crew came in saved the whole experience. Without him I probably still wouldn't have a roof. He came in and wasn't pushy, he was very professional and very informative. His prices were very reasonable and he did exactly what he said and when he said he would do it. There was no bad surprises, only pleasant ones. I would definitely recommend him to anybody who needs a roof.

I just called to ask for some help. I can speak English but not 100% so ask if he speak Spanish or if someone there can help to translate. His answer was “no, no one here speak Spanish. We are in America. We are gringos.” I understand that “ We are in America” and always speak English even with my accent. I know “gringos” always try their best to understand us and so far, I never had a bad experience.
His answer was just so disrespectful and meant to me. The conversation can just ended with “sorry, I don’t speak Spanish neither anyone here” and I will totally understand but no, he won’t try to help at all. I hope not all the staff are like this guy who picks up the phone today.

I have done multiple home projects over the years. I usually don't write reviews but those that have bad experiences will appreciate to hear of a company that does it right from beginning to end. Competitive price, great costumer service, and always on time. No setbacks, no excuses.

I have used many roofers for the homes that I have owned. This was by far the best company I have used. They were responsive, friendly and did the repair with phenomenal quality. They were also patient with all the questions that I had. Thank you and keep on the great work!

I was referred to Affordable Contractors by a friend who had used them on a couple of occasions and was very pleased with them, so I felt good trying them out for myself. I actually got much more than bargained for. Koby is fantastic! From our initial conversation through our final inspection, he was accessible, communicative, professional and always fair in his dealings with me. Their pricing is also very fair. Our project was sizable, as we had to replace an entire roof on an older home. I have since used Affordable on other projects and have made them our "go to" roofing vendor. I highly recommend them!

We recently had our roof replaced. I was given the name and number of Affordable Contractors by a neighbor who had their roof done by them a few months back. These guys move quick. I called them up and their rep, Koby was at my home the following day providing me with a quote. I had absolutely no issues with these guys. The entire process ran smoothly! I highly recommend them!

Affordable Roofing was extremely responsive and timely from the initial point of contact to the completion of the work. They were honest in their dealings with me, offered options for the repairs I needed, did not try to sell me more than I needed and took time to explain everything needed to be done. The owner, Kobi, returned every call and text message, his workers did as well and sent me photos as the work progressed. The pricing was reasonable and the work was more than satisfactory. They left the grounds clean and followed up with me after the work was completed. I highly recommend this company.

These people are not honest. ! Don’t let them near your roof. After finishing my roof in 2019, I now have a leak, which they said after 5 calls that I did not pay my invoice in full. I have a copy of my last check to them paying my work in full. They are after money only. They will not give me the warranty because they wanted more money from citizens insurance. They lost with their bid to get more money from citizens ins. So now they will not uphold my warranty. Terrible horrible company Stay Away!

I’ve used this team twice now, and I won’t ever go anywhere else. After shopping around, their quote was significantly cheaper than everyone else, but the quality of work was actually much higher. They were incredibly professional, arrived on time, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. If you want the best value and expert service, look no further!

Pros:
- Paperwork is pretty organized (though scheduling and communication are not).
- Roofers seemed competent.
- Good price.

Cons:
- Poor communication: They showed up on property unannounced. We were waiting on them to tell us a start date, per our email exchange.

One morning a roofer just showed up. We didn't get a chance to move vehicles or protect the items in the room underneath the repair area.

When I contacted the owner, Joe, about this on the way to work--what a hectic morning this caused--he didn't apologize. He took absolutely zero accountability.

- The owner, Joe, is very arrogant and dismissive. He will talk down to you if you are a woman, as if you can't possibly understand the technical basics, and try to shut down your questions.

- You have to go to their office to sign paperwork in an age where digital signatures are recognized by law.

I want to give a big shoutout to Kobe for taking the time to look over my roof and walk me through potential problem areas. He was knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly thorough, especially when it came to identifying possible openings where animals could get in. Even though he wasn’t doing the roof work itself, he treated the consultation seriously and gave clear, practical advice. Really appreciate his professionalism and willingness to help — highly recommend reaching out to him if you want someone you can trust.
