Felt hustled. The tech that came removed the breakers and said I needed new ones. When I told him I couldn’t have the service done at the time and asked him to put them back, he said he couldn’t put them back and if I didn’t have them fixed, I’d be without power.

I spoke with a different electrician about it and I was told he could’ve definitely put them back. On top of that, he told me the water heater was too strong for my unit and he would have to disconnect it until I switch out and get a heater that fits my unit better- this meant no hot water until I fixed it. The water was still hot after he left because he had disconnected the wrong wires. Needless to say, I won’t be using this company again.

Frank /Legacy Electric made a service call to restore power at our house. He arrived at the time promised and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was innovative in coming up with a cost-effective solution and was aware of the time sensitivity in getting full power back on. He stuck around after repairs to make sure all equipment and appliances were working properly and made some adjustments for us.

I had full confidence in his “Master Electrician” designation and his Customer Service standard is excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services to friends and family.

I had such an amazing experience. Frank was very helpful in all aspects of the work that was needed. From financial to actually explaining to me what was happening, he clarified everything from the start. Really great pricing and most importantly was the level of professionalism. There were many bumps in the road (due to the construction of the house ) and Frank met every bump with experience and professionalism. I was blown away. If you’re looking for good pricing, professionalism and quality work…he is your guy! I only wish I could hire him for everything!

Frank, of Legacy Electrical, called me first thing in the morning (after making some purchases overnight from Home Depot) to inquire what I needed done in my home. I knew I wasn't explaining myself well (just worked 12 hours overnight) but Frank listened and had a spot on idea of what I wanted. He gave me an amazing quote over the phone and arrived the same day (hours later) to install. I know it's not always like that but I seem to have caught him on a good day. He was prompt, we had good conversation about other things in life, he did an amazing job and was clean about his work. I will be recommending Frank & his company to anyone who asks if I know an electrician who does great work. Furthermore; I will be calling him for future projects as well. Thanks Frank!

The first thing that caught my attention about Frank was how fast he responded to our ceiling fan installation request. He came by the next day after we called him and everything was up and running in less than an hour. I was impressed with the service, so right away I booked for another service that needed attention in our home and I will definitely keep him in mind for future projects.

Arrived on time (mask on and maintained covid guidelines) Frank assembled & installed a ceiling fan without any issues. He was neat and professional. Also provided quotes as requested for other work needed around the house. Would definitely use their services again.

It was Valentine’s Day and I came home from work to our power to the AC being out. House was hot. Kids were grumpy. Wife was not thrilled with the fact that it was getting hotter.
