His positive attitude and genuine care made the entire experience incredibly pleasant. Having everything I needed in stock saved me a ton of time, and Exaul's and Kevin's expertise ensured I got the perfect items for my project. Be cautious when dealing with this business. I was quoted one price over the phone, but when our team went to pick up the item, we were charged a different, slightly higher amount. While pricing errors can happen and I understand that, the way the situation was handled afterward was disappointing.

After noticing the discrepancy, I called to clarify and was connected with Kevin, who then transferred me to Bryan — the original person I spoke to. I calmly explained the issue and was simply looking for an acknowledgment of the mistake, especially since the difference was minor (about 5%).

Unfortunately, Kevin got back on the line and attempted to convince me that I had misheard the price. I knew I hadn’t, and since our business records all calls for legal purposes, I reviewed the recording and confirmed that I was, in fact, quoted the lower price. Instead of taking accountability or showing any professionalism, Kevin made me feel as though I was in the wrong for even bringing it up.

I appreciate the courteous reply and I'm sure doing business with City Electric is great but that first experience just gave me a poor first impression.
