Incredible and easy people to communicate and work with. Really provided excellent service as well! Needed some repairs and installations in my backyard for some fans and a few light fixtures inside and I was really pleased with the job done.

This review is split into two parts: technical service and customer service.

First, the technical. While getting some roofing work performed, AE was subcontracted to perform electrical rewiring work needed. They showed up right away and performed the job without issue. The estimate was reasonable and included the cost of the electrical permit they'd need in order to do the job to code.

For the work that was done alone, I gave AE 5 stars!

So why only 2 stars, then? Because of the frustration experienced during the job.

The wiring job was 90% completed in 2 days after the 50% deposit required was paid. The problems began a couple of weeks later when the electrical inspection was to take place. The tech working on the project just vanished. Repeated attempts to reach him went unanswered. The permit was ready but no-one from AE could go pick it up. Messages left with AE's secretary went unanswered as well. After nearly 2 months of being ghosted and stalling the roofing project, I was able to pick up the permit myself which brought me to problem #2: They never paid the permitting fees that were included in the deposit, so I had to pay an additional $112 to get those released.

With permit in hand, we were able to schedule the electrical inspection finally....only that the electrician needed to be present (see problem #3). Since we still couldn't reach anyone from AE, that delayed the process further (problem #4). After 3 failed attempts to get an inspector without the missing electrician, they finally agreed to come out if the roofer was present. We coordinated and the inspector came out to finalize the inspection.

Where was AE, you ask? They miraculously showed up the day of the inspection and, upon passing it, had the gall to insist that I pay the balance owed immediately.

I asked the tech about the 2 months of him disappearing, the lack of communication, and the permit fees I had to pay out of pocket that we agreed they would cover. The tech just brushed it off like it wasn't a big deal and even began lying about why he wasn't able to finish the work months ago.

He called me a few days later apologizing for his absence and stated that he was in the hospital sick, but funny enough you could hear people in the background laughing and loud music playing like if he was at a party. Here was a guy so "sick" guy he needed to be hospitalized, but asking if he can pass by today to pick up the balance owed.

Since he made everyone wait for months, delaying the project in the process, I told him he needed to wait until the project was finalized. Not just that, but this was the agreement he made with the roofing contractor.

He didn't like it and tried to argue with me which I didn't appreciate (problem #5).

Finally, the roofing project concluded and the AE tech's supervisor contacts me, demanding payment. I explain to him the outstanding permit fees and finally he relents to deduct it from the balance owed. I paid promptly and requested a final "paid" invoice for the work they performed. He said he'd have his secretary remit it as soon as payment was made...I'm still waiting for it and it's been months. Attempts to reach them go to voicemail and no one returns the calls (problem #6).

That's why only the 2 stars. Because it's shady business practices, lack of communication, and frankly unprofessional behaviors like these that make a simple project into the most daunting and frustrating of events.

Needless to say, I don't recommend this company nor would I ever consider using them again. Maybe you shouldn't either.

Superior quality service offered by very professional electricians. I was extremely satisfied with the cordial treatment and timely manner these gentlemen completed all services I requested. They were very respectful and understanding of any concerns I had in regards to all replacements and installations they made. Absolutely recommend their amazing services to homeowners and businessmen alike.
