Any time I have a client who has electrical needs in Miami, these guys are my first call. We've been working with these guys since 2021 and after over 20 jobs not once have we had a recall or a client complaint. These guys are the real deal.

By far worst company ever they lie to customers about what the work they need done just to over charge.for example a tripped breaker the will spend 2 to 3 hrs looking around acting like they dont know what the problem is when they do just to over charge.They are racist and treat their employees horribly. Warning if you want to over pay call them. There is nothing honest about this company.

Electrical Service, and Repair, Inc is a very well run family business with excellent, conscientious and reliable staff. We were very happy with every interaction that we had with the owners, electricians and office staff.

I explained to their contractor that the wiring is old and has damaged my appliances. The technician Travis didn’t seem to understand or care that I have no AC, no refrigerator, no Flat screen tv, and no functioning oven and the lights flicker and everything has been damaged my laptops, tablets, phone batteries and I need new wiring, sockets, and wall plates for my outlets and FPL has done everything possible to check their equipment it is 100% due to the outlets they said.

If I could I would give it zero stars I would. Terrible in terms of value. Extremely overpriced plus they give you a quote which does not reflect the total cost and hit you up with incremental costs. They tell you one price and then hit you up with extras. Stay away from this company. They also fixed one switch on garage door and then the clickers did not work and they simply said they did not work on garage motors leaving me with a problem and having to call another company. Did I say over priced and not reliable! Stay away...

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I called in because I was having problems with the breaker for my AC unit. The electricians that came (Sergio and Steve) were very professional and were very thorough in explaining what needed to be done before I agreed to any work. The price was reasonable and well worth it for an excellent job done. Would definitely recommend this company.

I had Chris from ESR come out twice to install a very large chandelier. The 1st time (February 2020) we worked out the wiring issues, installed the attic bracing and relocated the junction box. Because of personal issues and the virus I could not complete the installation until now (October 2020). When I called to schedule this appt I spoke to Joseph the owner who surprisingly remembered me after 8 months. I got my appt in 2 days and the rest is history.. We have a gorgeous chandelier which we are extremely happy with. Their services are exceptional. They are also very careful, thorough, respectful, patient, and cleaned up after they finished. I highly recommend this company and their services.

The customer service was excellent. Joe was very professional on the phone and Marcus and Abner we the friendliest and most efficient electricians.
They called when they were on their way. They were very informative and explained everything so that I understood what they were doing. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Jesse came quickly to give evaluate what needed to be done and submitted the estimate the next day or two. They were much less than the previous company, arrived on time and completed the job in less time than expected. He put extra workers on it to shorten the time without power. Only snag was trying to get the permit since office was closed and online appts were limited. They took care not to damage anything and even cleaned up before they left. Workers very polite and helpful.

Steve and Chris were punctual and professional. They installed two outdoor outlets efficiently. They did it within the time frame we discussed and maintained a clean area during and after the work. It came out so great, it looks like those outlets have always been there. They were friendly and thorough. I recommend Electric Service and Repair.

Joe and his father Jesse are probably two of the nicest guys I've met. Extremely proffesional and thorough. I have a food truck that had a short somewhere that couldnt be figured out. They identified the problem quickly and were quick to fix it. They also looked to see if there might be any other potential issues and provided some very good advise. Needless to say, these guys are my new family of electricians and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you for everything!

Joe and his team were very professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. We had plugs that other electric companies failed to fix but Electric Service and Repair got it all done. They also installed an outdoor porch light and even helped me hand a painting on their way out! Thank you so much! Very happy with their work and definitely will call them in the future.

They have done three separate jobs for me at this point. Each and every time they have been exceptional. Which is what I would expect from the business owner, Jesse, and his son, Joe. However, their office staff and field guys are also amazing. Always polite, efficient, thorough and leave the jobsite impeccably clean.

Chris and Steve were absolutely awesome! Their work ethic, manners and hard work were beyond exceptional! I found them to be extremely informative and without their knowledge and expertise the light replacements we needed done would have never happened! Outstanding service and great work!
