Having successfully used AV specialists in multiple projects in the past, we were looking for a quality firm to design and install a smart home automation system for our new home in South Florida.

After a thorough survey, Dan inquired as to what our objectives were. He offered “good, better, best” options for our consideration. The detailed project plan/ proposal contained options and listed pictorially all components together with pricing down to the dimmer switch wiring. There were no surprises.

We were delighted to learn that they can provide everything needed for a complete “smart house” solution including remote access to motorized shades, audio visual, lighting controls, HVAC. Geeks isn’t looking to “sell” you anything but rather listens, suggests options, and assists you in making selections that are right for you.

From ordering to installation to follow up service the quality, professionalism and friendly, client-centric attitude of the entire team was outstanding.

With any new system there are bound to be punch list items and many follow up questions. The company is basically available 24/7 to address any questions and issues. Being able to remotely access our system they can seamlessly resolve most problems. We ran into a rather difficult problem with the internet providers’ equipment and wiring (the ISP spent 2 hours diagnosing and the issue was unresolved). Geeks took it upon themselves to troubleshoot and find creative solutions to rectify the problems (at no additional cost.)

The end product is exceptional and only outdone by the quality of the service at very competitive pricing.

Bottom line you don’t simply do a transaction with Geeks…you establish an ongoing relationship for all your smart home’s technology needs.
