I am the ASM of Atlantico at Kendall and we recently had MCS come out and do an entire glow up of our community. These projects are usually big headaches because of the notifications that need to be sent to residents and if there is no communication with the vendor and the office staff things fall apart. I will say that this was the first time that such a big project went smoothly! Cesar was in charge of the project and worked with us in answering any questions we had and worked with us in finding solutions if we had to change anything. My driveway spent over a year without any care, it was almost completely black. The team came up and within a couple of hours, the driveway looked brand new. I was very happy with the care they took in moving somethings I had on, making sure the car would be removed from the way, and care they took to make every stain go away completely. I am very happy with the work and looking forward to other jobs in the house to make it look the best. Thanks for a job well done!!!!!

MCS did an amazing job on our home. We hired them to paint 4-5 very tall walls (each well over 10ft+). We were impressed with how quickly they were able to get it done and how good it looked! We would hire them again in the future and highly recommend them!

We decided to do the work with them, even without having the best price, but they always demonstrated professionalism, respect and responsibility, in addition to doing impeccable work.
