From the original quote, to the follow up to schedule, to confirmation of time of arrival - the communication was excellent from first contact to completion. They quickly answered all my questions perfectly during the quote stage. During the project cleaning, Leon arrived on time as promised, did everything as promised. Brickell Window Cleaners always delivers. After coming back from vacation my balcony windows had embedded water stains from the Miami tropical storms. Jovanni from BWC came on short notice and left my balcony in picturesque condition. Most importantly he was done in less than an hour and a half (shower including), allowing me to get back to my work calls without disrupting my day.

I’ve used Brickell Window Cleaners a few times and their work is exceptional. First of all, the teams are super friendly and considerate. They are perfectionists and won’t stop until they are totally satisfied they’ve done a great job. The only caution I will give you, be careful walking out to your balcony, you’ll think the glass door is open it’s so crystal clear. Ouch!
