The owner, Chris, was amazing. Very responsive. Asked a lot of clarifying questions. He was also flexible with the time (allowed us to schedule a little later in the morning). The cleaners did a good job with windows, inside oven, microwave, inside cabinets, refrigerator, etc. I rated a 4 rather than 5, because the owner was there on time time, but the cleaners came later than expected, which I’m not sure the owner had much control over. This could have been an issue if we had scheduled our walkthrough the same day. Also, the cleaning was pretty good, but not spotless (a few spots still left on the side of kitchen counter and adhesive stains left on drawers, small amounts of debris left on the floor, balcony has the same flooring as inside and it wasn’t cleaned) which I didn’t expect since the price was a little more than other companies I saw in the Miami area. I was also under the impression they would clean the walls to some degree, but there was no attempt at that. Overall, I think the owner’s professionalism and communication were a 5/5 so I would use the service again, but maybe offer to pay extra to have them clean the walls to save time and energy for our family.

I have a 2,000 sq. ft. office with two bathrooms, five offices, a kitchen and an open workspace area that is always clean and tidy. The service is exceptional and I am proud to have clients visit. Our workspace feels like home thanks to the professionals at Mops & Buckets.

Wendy and the team are always on time and get right to work. They have great attention to detail and I’m super happy with their work, week after week. Definitely 5 stars!

For anyone looking to have a place cleaned whether it's Move In-Move Out, deep cleaned or regular cleaning, I can't say more good things about Chris and his team at Mops & Buckets. We live in a 3 br Condo that's about 1500 sq ft with a large balcony. Mops & Buckets initially handles the MIMO cleaning, which was definitely a task considering how the former owner and their tenant left the unit. But by the time the team was finished, the place looked like a completely different unit. Now we have Mops & Buckets regularly servicing our condo with periodic cleaning of our balcony, which has A LOT of glass. They are always professional and very transparent. I'm happy to give a phone review or more info for anyone looking for the best cleaning service in Miami.

Chris and team did a fantastic job cleaning my residence. Particular impressed with the attention to detail and quality service provided. Will definitely be setting up periodic cleanings in the future.

Spoke with Chris and explained my situation (89 year old mom who hates cleaning) and told him it was a tough job for a small house. He was able to fit me in on the weekend within a few days and had three employees show up. Isabel, Josh and Eliana. They were all amazing. They had their work cut out for them and didn’t complain one bit. Very meticulous with their cleaning and talking to their customers with any situation/suggestion they had. They spent two whole days in a 3/2 scrubbing away. I would so highly recommend this company. Chris was great with his communications as well. Stayed on top of things and kept me updated. Would hire again! Thank you all so much. I think my mom was happy (even though she fought me the whole way)!!!

I’ve been looking for a cleaning company that does a good job for so long as I’m a little picky and always feel like no one can clean my house like I can. I can finally say I found a company that does an exceptional job!! My house looks, feels and smells clean. Chris the owner is very attentive and Francesca and Escarlet did an amazing job!
