Worst service ever they forget five of the homes in our neighborhood every time, and we oay for this

My experience was good. Was able to get rid of my old washer, old furniture, and tree trimmings with no problem. Didnt experience anything the negative reviewers wrote, and it was my first time. 👍

Every Tuesday and Thursday pickup in

the Brownville community we can can't get the garbage pickup early just about always after 5& 6 pnmpickup. I think they forgot about us.

Im not sure if this is the waste management that deals with miami gardens but I was just mistreated my a drive on truck 6150. He was very rude and disrespectful to me because I wanted to ask a question and he was on the phone not only on the clock he was also driving and then caught an even bigger attitude when I walked away without asking him the question. Very unprofessional and illegal that should be reviewed

Garbage truck knocked over my bin and left it on the floor. They passed twice and never even touched it. I made 4 complaints and 2 emails to the director. The supervisor of my area was sent 2 notes to contact me but never did . They gladly collect fees from everywhere for disposal but obviously the entire department needs retraining starting from the director to the rude and unethical drivers. You would think a 60k+ salary a year would have more ethical education. Shameful..

Very bad service!! They need to change the Staf.

This is a great service to citizens who want to dispose of even large items in respect of the environment instead of throwing them away (illegally) in vacant lots or bushes around the city.
I have used this facility a few times and I have always been very satisfied, the only reason I am not giving 5 stars today is because there was a long cue and we have been waiting in line close to one hour before finally being able to empty our truck.
Remember that certain chemicals (e.g. paint cans) are not accepted here; for those, you can use the facility in Homestead instead.

I requested a bulky waste pickup for a Saturday but they arrived on Sunday, the next day, instead. I had already returned the trash to the interior of the house because I would not be home on Sunday, and didn't want to litter our neighborhood needlessly.

When I emailed them to complain, they replied that they didn't see any trash on Sunday. Obviously, they didn't see any trash because the appointment was for Saturday.

I will not be relying on this service again. The most convenient alternative would be to utilize a private commercial waste disposal service, but they can be expensive. A cheaper option would be to rent a large vehicle and dispose of the trash yourself, which is what I have decided to do.

Can't even call them. Why do we have government in charge of picking upmour garbage? No wonder their service is terrible.

Our neighborhood keeps getting skipped for garbage pick-up every other Friday. We were just charged an assessment of $600, there should be no problem picking up our garbage on time. Also when the recycling truck come around they leave a trail of broken glass throughout the neighborhood. Getting someone on the phone is a nightmare. If you are lucky to get a person on the phone they are just rude. These people need a refresher on customer service etiquette.

Complete waste of tax payers $$$
Going on my 11th call to get a simple green garbage lid replaced.
The incompetent service person that is supposed to repair the unit keeps closing out the ticket without the repair.

It's cost us tax payers plenty of our tax $$$ to have this clown drive to our property & not do anything.

Solid waste department should do nuch better than this. I've asked to speak to a supervisor on multiple occasions & they transfer me back to 311

My mom has been approved for garbage/recycle services. The first time they handled it fine(because a supervisor was behind them to check). They have pickup two times. Ever since then they pass by her house. She always has her gate opened for them and they still pass by. When calling 311 they can be very rude, will not hang up for survey and when they finally hang up, NO SURVEY BUSY SIGNAL. Why offer a service for the elderly and not comply unless you are being watched. We as customers are paying their High Priced Salaries for them to be RUDE and INCONSISTENT.

It's been three weeks since someone picked up our trash. The whole building is just dumping everything in the canal. We've called, we've emailed, we've stopped and talked to the garbage men. Someone will be right out there ..... It's been three weeks and there's a mountain of trash sitting off the end of our dock in the canal and no one will help.

Excellent service. Came home from work to see my lawn neatly cut and trimmed. Everything was neatly cleaned up. Would definitely use LawnStarter again

The lawn professional, Israel that has cut my lawn several times has done a great job. Iam picky about my grass and he has met by expectations and beyond.

They do a remarkable job! 👏 I have used someone on a regular basis yet they were not reliable. This company has been and I was quite surprised. Didn't expect it to go so smoothly. I now trust them and no need to have to go supervise! They have awesome communication and seem to really care about your needs and wants. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much for making my life easier. I now have the confidence to have them do more of my yard maintenance.
