scheduled for 2p, showed up at 5p. Specified that today was the only day I could do job so shocking that they left me no time to book someone else. New price right off the bat because they didn’t know couch was white despite receiving photos before quote. Stains are not 100% gone but I need to wait 4 hours and watch them magically lift. Total scam, don’t do it.

They took all the stains off my carpet from my dog and they had it done very quickly. I was surprised I am truly thankful.

They brought my apartment carpet back to life I've dealt with this company many times and I never have any complaints leave my carpets beautiful and looking brand new everytime

So I had one of their service technicians come out to clean my extremely expensive couch. Number one there were dripping tons of water on my hardwood floor and the guy is telling me not to worry about it that he cleans it when he’s done. Second they wanted to charge me an additional $220 just to add solution Into the water when steam cleaning from their original price of $250 they were making such a mess that I had to tell him to stop so I can pull the couch outside so he wouldn’t damage my hardwood floor. Then the guy proceeds to track mud and water from the outside inside making a huge mess. I have never been so disgusted with the performance and I can’t even use the quality word on their work if you have these guys over your house be prepared to have your floors flooded and pay hundreds of dollars for them to use your own water to clean your couch. So basically they want it. Almost $300 to wet my couch and vacuum it out.
