I live in the country French village of coral gables in a two story house with a steep roof. This company washed my house, roof, patio, and driveway. It gave me spectacular service at an amazing price. I couldn’t be more pleased with their work and I very highly recommended them.

This post relates to an apartment on Biscayne Boulevard opposite the Miami Heat Arena. A few months back in the dip pool area on the 44th floor, a problem developed. This was efflorescence. See before and after pics below. This efflorescence is a cross between lime wash and powdered concrete. I was recommended to Santiago at Washing Guru. He came to see the job and quoted a price. He made 2 x 3 hour visits. The first visit got rid of 50% of the efflorescence and the second visit 10 days later, completed the job.
