I booked a cleaning for a new house that I just purchased. In sum, Wiz cleaners overcharged and underdelivered. I was so frustrated by the experience.

The new house had already been deep cleaned once but we had the interior painted so I booked the regular cleaning service with Wiz. During the cleaning I was contacted to say that a deeper cleaning was needed and I agreed to pay for it, a couple hundred dollars more! I really needed it to be clean and move-in ready since I have two young children including a baby in the crawling stage. I ended up having to request a redo of the floors but the cleaning was still not good after that.

We moved in the following day after the cleaning AND the alleged floor redo. We could not take off our shoes in the house because our feet would end up extremely dirty and black, covered with soot-like grime. As you can imagine this was appalling to me with two babies and it really soured our move-in experience. I've since used another cleaning service and experienced a completely different result at a fraction of the cost. In sum, Wiz over-charged -- I paid extra, a total of over $600 for a sub-par cleaning. They ultimately under-delivered.

Before leaving a review I reached out to Wiz about my experience. The response was even more frustrating. They kept insisting that this was a "dust resettlement issue" and that there was "fine white construction dust." The house was painted so maybe there was some sanding dust? There was certainly no renovation done. None of this explains the black soot-like grime that was still caked on the floors. They did not listen to me, the customer when I explained the problem, but had no issue with taking the extra time to call and ask me for more money to do a terrible job at a "deeper" cleaning.

I have used many cleaners in the past and this is by far the worst floor cleaning job I have ever experienced. Another, cleaning service came and was able to clean using a regular mop but better technique and completely cleaned the floors. It, too, was a regular cleaning for which I paid a fraction of the price to a competitor.

Wiz cleaners apparently lacked the technique and expertise to do a good job and yet charged an exorbitant amount of money. I'm honestly saddened and disappointed by the impersonal, inexpert, and overpriced service. I trusted that they would do a good job when I agreed to pay more -- nearly DOUBLE the estimated quote. All I got for my good faith trust was a greater dose of disappointment, dirty floors to bring my children home to and no peace of mind.

I wish my experience had been different but I cannot recommend Wiz cleaners at all. There are plenty of competitors out there that can do a better job.

I was hoping this could be rectified directly with the person who booked my clean, but that seems to not be the case. $300 deep clean for a 750 sf apartment. I reduced the clean last minute to not include approx 200 SF of cleaning, and asked instead for the items in the bathroom (freestanding small storage unit, decor items (bath mats) to be moved and cleaned behind instead- this was confirmed by the contact at the company- these were not, and my living room area was clearly not vacuumed as well. Cleaner was 2 hours late, I was not informed that they would be until I asked for an ETA. The discount that was offered was not applied, because I didn't "mention it at booking"- screenshot attached, feels very clear. Discount not applied, no discount offered in any way to make up for the 3 ish hours of my time wasted (I was ready 45 mins prior to appt time based on the policy), missed another appointment due to this. When asking for ETA I was called and told the tech was "already in the building" which was not possible. Outside of these issues the areas that were cleaned seem to have been cleaned well. Overall customer service was honestly, shocking.

I live all the way in Homestead. Eli of Miracle Hands Clean did not hesitate in accepting to clean my home although I was a bit far from him. He sent a team out and in no time they had my house cleaned and ready for my family and I to feel peace in again. They work diligently and good. They clean everything. Instead of cleaning around things they will lift up and clean under. It doesn’t get any better than that! I definitely recommend them!
