We needed a pump for a spa and we needed it quickly. No one in our city had it available. They promised them delivered a pump faster than anyone else could. Along with courteous and professional service and response!!!

Stephen was excellent. Our pool was always in perfect condition. He is punctual and reliable and really good at figuring out how to keep the pool looking beautiful.

I'm glad to have a great company to have my back maintaining my pool even during tough times AND still remain cautious during their work.

I want to give this place 5 stars for an experience I recently had with them. I went to Village Pools after calling around looking for an old Sta-Rite V-Band/Tank Body Clamp. The gentleman on the phone told me to stop by and just take it. I took the clamp but he also consulted me on what else may have needed changing. I bought some O-rings and some lubricant for the seal. It doesnt end there, when I noticed that my tank body was cracked (this is an old sta-rite pump) the gentleman offered to sell me a replacement part right on the spot for a great price, not only that but he sold me some PVC cement and cleaner and showed me how to cut the pipes. My pool is now leak free and I saved close to over $400 thanks to Village Pools and this gentleman.

We have been customers of Village Spa and Pools for over 20 years. Bernie does a great job of making customers satisfied with personal service. The store is well-stocked with various items that anyone would need (i.e., skimmer baskets, chlorine, vacuum parts, vacuums, spa heaters, acid, and much more). He also offers refilling of propane gas canisters for a very reasonable price.
Village Spa & Pool also offers weekly chemical and/or cleaning service for those who don't want to fuss with the nitty gritty, but just want to enjoy their investment.
I am a fan of small business over the "big box" stores simply because they offer so much more in the lines of personal service and advice. I highly recommend Village Spa & Pools (located in the Crossings Shopping Village) for all of your pool and spa needs.

When we bought our house, we kept the "pool guy"; figured we'd see how they were and then decide. Well, it has been a year and our pool is always beautiful, well maintained, and a pleasure to swim in - never any harsh chemical issues. They are prompt and professional and we are happy we kept them.

First off the 5 star review is from a relative of the owner so don't give it any weight and If I could I would give it Zero stars. Stay away from Village Spa & Pool; because they are either crooks or don't know what they are doing.

I recently moved into the neighborhood and I am a first time pool owner so I went there to setup monthly service since it was a little green. The owner sent over one of his men the next day and he stated I needed to pay an initial $70 as well as the monthly fee up front. This did not sound outrageous so I paid the man. Two weeks had passed and the pool was worse than when I hired these frauds. I had called after a week to complain and the owner gave me excuses saying it might take some time but by the two week mark the pool looked like pea soup. I called again to tell owner that something was wrong in that my pool was worse than when I hired him. His response was that I needed to empty the pool. I complained that I paid $70 based on his man's evaluation and that he should have advised me that the pool needed to be emptied from the beginning. His next response was that I should find a new pool service and hung up on me. I called back to demand a refund of the two weeks service that I had not used and he said he would refund only one week and if I didn't like it I could sue him. I advised him that he needed to work on his customer service skills and that either his man was lying to him, he was lying to me or his chemical supplier sold him useless chlorine; because it was impossible that two weeks of service would leave me worse off than when I started with him. In summary, I had someone else come by that same day and by the next day my pool was already blue.

To make matters worse he stopped payment on his partial refund, so not only is the owner of Village Spa & Pool a Fraud but a coward and thief as well.

I repeat this organization is either corrupt or incompetent, is run by a person who knows nothing about customer service and should be avoided at all costs.

Village Spa &Pool do my weekly maintenance. They noticed my water levels were consistently low .Friday we decided to check for a leak by Monday morning someone was out!. Very fast service. He asked some questions about the water levels and checked . Took video of what he did to show me and found the leak in the skimmer.. He was able to to repair right there and then. I was very happy with the the efficiency of the service.

Hired them after using a company that was unable to keep pool clean and unable to diagnose problems with pool. When we first caleld they came out the same day to diagnose the pool. They fixed leaks for very affordable price. Unfortuately a few weeks later the pump broke and they replaced within a day or two and have been so great to work with! Happy to finally find a good company that is passionate about their work. 👏

Steven with Village Spa & Pools was incredibly helpful and accommodating in the purchase of a replacement pool pump motor. He was very knowledgeable and assisted in shipping the product out same day. Will use Village Spa & Pools again!

Steven and Bernie from Village Spa & Pools came out to my home as l needed to have some pool repairs completed. They installed a new motor and then also replaced some pvc piping and the basket housing as it had been leaking for a long time. They were prompt, prepared, and professional. They worked clean and did not leave any garbage behind. I will definitely use them again when needed. Great service and reasonable prices.
