Even though they consistently deliver high-quality cleaning, positive attitudes, and incredible attention to detail, they still manage to exceed my already high expectations every time. Scheduling is prompt, the billing department is professional, and the cleaners are simply outstanding. I initially hired a team for a deep clean after moving into my new home, a large apartment in a new building. The Cleanzen duo made sure the entire place looked flawless. I was particularly impressed with their ability to revive two pieces of furniture that had been stored in a poorly ventilated unit for eight years. Very bad, they charged my card for the cleaning service, -and they cancelled 2 times. If you have an especial event coming up DONT book with them, they are not reliable. Still waiting for the refund but it’s not even about the money, it’s about me building my schedule around their dates and they still cancel… twice.

My landlord required a deep clean before moving out, so I booked Cleanzen. They detailed the kitchen, polished the bathroom, vacuumed every corner, and even cleaned the windowsills. The landlord approved. Couldn’t have done it myself. Lovely cleaners!

The cleaner did a fantastic job! Her eye for detail was impressive, and she completed everything we requested without any problems. She even cleaned areas I hadn’t thought about or usually overlook. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone, and if possible, try to book Milica bc I can vouch how amazing she was!

Nevai is definitely going to be my requested cleaner moving forward. I was a little embarrassed of the state of my home but she came in with only smiles and eased that anxiety. Greta delivered outstanding service and finished everything right on schedule. She was extremely thorough, professional, and efficient the entire time. I really appreciated how careful she was around my antiques and gifted figurines. Saw that nothing was damaged, and all the dust that had built up on them was completely gone. Saying I’m impressed would be an understatement lol! My place honestly hasn’t looked this clean since I first moved in months ago, and I couldn’t be happier!!!!!

I had planned for the apartment to be completely empty, but my movers ended up being two hours late, so there were still furniture, boxes, and people everywhere when the cleaners arrived.
