Teddy and Daniel did an absolute amazing job on my wndows. Very meticulous and professional

Friendly, honest and reliable service. They show up on time and do a good job. Not perfect, but if there’s an issue, they come right back and fix it. The price is a little high. But I’d rather pay a little more for someone I can count on than pay a little less for someone who takes your money and runs. Very good company to work with. Highly recommended.

Searched internet for company that cleans gutters and downspouts and found window Genie of Miami. What a great company. They were prompt, reasonably priced and did a great job. I’ve already booked them for 6 months from now to return and clean the gutters. Will try their other services in the future. Happy to have found this business.

I was beyond pleasantly surprised by how wonderful this service turned out to be. In just a few hours they totally transformed my home by restoring very old floor to ceiling windows that I had given up on. In addition the professionalism and customer service of their team made the an absolute delight to work with.

Window Genie did an exterior clean and window wash of my 2 story townhome in Doral, and a power wash of the driveway, patio and front entry. Ted and Daniel were punctual, friendly, professional, and thorough. They were even able to accommodate an earlier date I had requested due to a cancellation and showed up 30 minutes later. I would book again and recommend them to others.

Greg did a superb job cleaning my windows and screens. He is conscientious and polite.

They came and did a pretty decent job getting sticky stuff off 13 windows. Reliable and thought the price was higher than I wanted to pay at least they didn’t charge me more after. Good company.

My windows are sparkly! The cleaning techs were professional and friendly. I felt comfortable with them in my home and they did a great job. My house has some wood frame windows that had to be hand cleaned and even those looked spotless! I can’t believe we didn’t do it sooner the difference is so noticeable! Definitely recommend and would use again.

I have used this company for several jobs over the last two years and have never had a problem until recently. They did not show up for the first appointment; no call, nothing. When they finally came out to clean my gutters, they did not clean the downspouts. When I contacted Joe, he said he would come back out, but there would be a charge. I told him he could send his technician to finish the job or refund me, but he refused even after I sent him photos of the clogged, dirty downspouts. He insisted that his technician did the job correctly, and that they "could all be new leaves that had fallen" even though I sent him photos of the downspouts completely clogged with leaves and debris. Unfortunately, I didn't inspect the downspouts right away, but noticed 14 days later.

Very poor customer service. Very disappointed.
