This seems like a cleaner contracting business that contracts out these jobs. I was surprised to initially be sent one person for a deep clean of a 2000sq ft house after I spoke to one the agents to let her know the house had been occupied by a tenant with dogs for 3 years and was very unkept. This cleaner was not only sent alone but only given a duration of 3.5 hours for this daunting task, which of course was not able to be completed. I was told another cleaner would be able to complete the job the next day but she was not able to come after completing another job and was too tired. The next day, two cleaners came and did a good job but missed items I was told were to be completed like cleaning inside kitchen cabinets and inside the oven. House is cleaner than pre-cleaners but the project was underestimated.

Miami House Cleaning did an amazing job with our move-out cleaning for our condo and for a very reasonable price and were amazing with communication. I would definitely use them again in the future!

I paid for a deep cleaning and unfortunately, they were a few hours late. My place wasn't deep cleaned and I got bamboozled out of $300. Tired of cleaning services telling you how wonderful they are and don't live up to their standards.

Trinity arrived promptly and was friendly and courteous. We did a walk through and I showed areas to focus. She went right to work and asked a few questions while she moved from room to room. I reviewed each area as it was done and she did a great job. I would definitely have her return for future cleanings.

2. Teresa was an amazing cleaner. I was home during the clean and I only noticed them when they had cleaned the rest of the house besides my room. They didn’t need to bug me every 5 minutes.

3. Price was very good. The closest quote I got to them was $25 more expensive for a deep clean on an 2/2 1030 sq ft apartment, and some were $100-200 more expensive which is outrageous.

4. Also they did extra stuff. I really wanted my floor to ceiling windows cleaned but thought it was too much to ask to include that, but they did an amazing job on them.

I can’t find anything they did not clean. I even thought they misplaced a quarter ($0.25 lol) I had on my counter but nope it was just organized into a better location.

I cannot recommend them enough. Call or text Nikki at the number of the business!

Mrs. Dollard was very professional, arrived on time and ready to go! I really like how she gave updates throughout the service and even had her own supplies. I was pleasantly surprised how attentive she was and did not need repetitive reminding of what needed to be completed. 😌 She was very respectful of my spaces and my belongings which is huge for me.
I did find the price a bit higher than other companies for two bathrooms and two bedrooms, however Mrs. Dollard did sweep and mop up anything that was out of sorts! The service was completed in about 2-hours.
