If your not happy with the cleaning they will come back and clean it thoroughly.

It's always nice to work with a company that treats you respectfully, is responsive, and shows up on time, but if you don't get what you pay for, what good are all those things? We hired The Cleaning Authority to come clean our new home prior to moving in. They were very responsive and even came out to the house to give us an accurate cost of what the service would cost. We agreed on a scope (2 people for 2 hours) and cost ($200), and they came out on time. Unfortunately, I literally had to redo the entire job myself. The floors were left visibly dirty. Cabinets still had sawdust in them (they were empty so it couldn't have been something they missed). The fans had not been touched. I give them two stars because of their great customer-facing interactions, but they did not do the job they said they would do. I would not hire them again.

I have been using the Cleaning authority to clean my home for many years. Their house cleaning teams are kind and considerate. If they missed something while cleaning and I point it out to them they immediately take care of it. Our team today was exceptional and went above and beyond.

It was difficult for me to admit that as I aged, cleaning my houae was becoming more difficult. My neighbor has used The Cleaning Authority , and on her recommendation, I joined. Best decision I've ever made. Three lovely women came and just went to town on dust and animal hair. This is worth evey penny!

I use this company for weekly cleaning. Two housekeepers came out yesterday and were supposed to clean with focus on my living areas. They left dirty dishes on my counter, dirty ashtrays and did not bother to vacuum under my sofa. The entire house in general was not cleaned well. I reached out to the owner to let them know and received no response. They do not care about their customer and every week you get someone different. Needless to say I terminated my services with them. Will not use again and also do not recommend

They are true professionals who ease your mind by taking care of what needs to be done with the highest of quality. I work a lot of hours, and i needed help with my home. I tried independent cleaners, other companies and they didn't work. The Cleaning Authority clean my home while I'm working, I don't have to worry about the products, nothing. The ladies did a thorough cleaning and our home smelled nice without strong cleaner fragrance. Their English was sufficient that we could understand each other and the job at hand.

I needed a deep clean in my apartment after a year of my own cleaning. I’m busy and haven’t had a ton of time to keep it up as much as I’d like. After a summer of traveling, I came back to a house, not a home. I contacted Myrian and team desperate for help on a short timeline. I had roughly 4 days to schedule a cleaning before I had family in town. The Cleaning Authority to the rescue! The day after I contacted, Myrian came to my place to assess what services I would need and give me a quote. She worked to get a team to my place within 2 days of my assessment. They arrived promptly on time with a team of 3. I left them to work their magic and came back to a sparkling apartment after 2 short hours! They truly made my place look brand new. I am so thankful for their attention to detail and all around incredible job! Amazing service and will not hesitate to book again in the future.

Amazing cleaning service! Superb professionals, they cleaned throughly every space of our 2/2 apartment. They noticed the areas that needed cleaning the most and gave the proper time and care. They went above and beyond with my demand and needs + cleaned my fridge like only I do. Will be using this service on monthly basis. Highly recommend them.

We have been very pleased, with all aspects, so far with The Cleaning Authority; from meeting the owner to having the team do the cleaning.

Ricardo (the owner) came by one afternoon to provide an estimate, and from there scheduling the appointments to paying for it is seamless through initial communication with Ricardo to using the app (like any other) on your phone.

They have a method of performing deep cleanings the first two times, and then alternating through different “focus” areas each subsequent time. I probably didn’t do that justice, but it’s been good every time. I highly recommend.

I am updating my post to include the ladies Monica & Naliek. They have been coming for months now. I really enjoy having a sparkling home when they leave. I’m always happy to see their beautiful, smiling faces on Tuesdays! They make good use of there time here and work well as a team!

I recently hired the Cleaning Authority to do a 2X a month house cleaning. A big deal for me is that they are licensed, insured and bonded. It gives me peace of mind to the quality of people they employ.
They start with an initial A and B cleaning. Once these are complete they do a rotation on what gets deeper cleaning each time. I really like this system. They sent 2 girls to my home. They have been punctual and always in the window of time provided. You can follow details on the app, and it's user friendly. If anything is missed they fix it immediately without complaint. I work from home so a walk thru is simple for me to do.
The girls are sweet and get to work quickly. They are organized and seem to enjoy what they do. My first cleaning I met Patricia and Barbara. The next time Barbara came with another lady. Today 3 ladies came and Patricia was with them. I like that there is at least one of the first two girls I know already at each cleaning. It makes it comfortable and easy while I'm in the house.
I am pleased with the Cleaning Authority. I will continue using their cleaning service. For as long as they continue the quality, prices and punctuality I've received so far. I actually look forward to my cleanings and seeing Patricia and Barbara's smiling faces!

We used the Cleaning Authority for a few years. The girls are quick and efficient, trustworthy, & the prices are very reasonable. We only decided to leave this service to get someone more organization-oriented. But for fast cleans, convenient billing and business setup, & good customer service, would definitely rec Cleaning Authority.

I have been using the cleaning services for years and they have been amazing. They do a great job, are on time and always leave my house super clean. Ricardo is a true professional and know customer service. He understands our needs and has been very accommodative to ensure I get my services. Im so happy i have these guys to keep my house clean. My husband has allergies and since i hired this team, the allergies have dropped. I would highly recommend this service.

I highly recommend The Cleaning Authority in Miami. We've used their services for nearly two years and have been extremely happy with them. I have been using them for a few months and I find them very friendly and efficient.

The owner of this business, Ricardo, is very nice. The had a medical emergency and he reschedule our clean without any issue. The first clean was great too. However, the second clean (also a deep clean in their process) was not. He sent another team back the next day to quickly address the issues. This week was our 3rd clean. They missed one of our two bathrooms and forgot to take the garbage out too. It may seem small but when you’re busy professionals and like a clean home it’s important to pay attention to the details.

Fantastic group of hardworking individuals. The team is efficient and provides you with a clean and organized home. I feel the rate they charge is fair for the quality of service you receive. I would recommend this service to anyone (don’t forget to tip your cleaning crew as they deserve it)!
