I had a very positive experience with MaidPro. Omar was very helpful in my pre clean consultation discussing the needs for my house to give me an estimate. There was good reminder communication leading up to my appointment. On the day of my cleaning Mirely did a great job. She arrived early in the appointment window and was very professional. I left to go to work and received updates during the process. My house looked amazing after the clean. I am very happy with the service and professionalism of Mirely and MaidPro.

I wanted to come on here a leave a little review for Maidpro but specially for my cleaner Aliuska. She has been in my home already a few times and every time and every single time I am extremely pleased with the services. She is very respectful and hardworking. Arletys did an amazing job cleaning our house! She got our wooden floors so much cleaner than I can. It was so wonderful to come home to a sparkling clean, fresh smelling home. I highly recommend Maid Pro and especially Arletys!

The housekeepers of this company are good, the company is awful.
The reason that they have such good reviews is that the cleaners tell you that if you leave a review, that they’ll get $20 each, so you want to help them. I hope our two favorite, Aluiska and Maria, still get paid despite this being a negative one. Details:
1. They sign you up for a recurring subscription without making that clear.
2. They charge you extra for things that anyone would expect to be included. For example, unloading the dishwasher after it’s clean.
3. Speaking with them is difficult; they’re constantly referring to some rules and policies that make everything difficult or an extra cost.
4. The price is obscene for what is done.
5. We had 3 visits, 5 different cleaners (in pairs). So each time they have to re-familiarize themselves with the house.

We have had a great experience with MaidPro. We are using them once a month and considering doing so more often. Most recently Mirelys performed our cleaning and her attention to detail exceeded all expectations. We are completely satisfied with our service and thank her for making our lives a little bit simpler and better.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company was great in the beginning, I have been using them for 8 months and we had a long chat about our needs and what is most important to us (in our case dusting). We had a phenomenal first 2 cleanings (Ariadna was the best, however she left the company). After those first 2 cleanings (we have a monthly service) the service was never the same. There was no more attention to detail, baseboards, hanging frames and doors and door frames were never dusted, the last lady who came for the last 2 cleanings didn't clean the shower properly, we had dark mildew in the tiles and the corners of the floor which as NEVER happened before, she cleaned around things in the countertops in the kitchen instead of moving them, didn't even touch the sofa, the rag she used to dust surfaces left a film of sticky dust and much, much more. None of the cleaning ladies ever give us a chance to inspect before leaving because they just run off.

I've complained several times and none of my concerns have been addressed. I was told that if I wanted a better service I should do bi-weekly to which my reply was, if your monthly service is not good then why offer it? And this was deemed offensive apparently. They also said dusting the baseboards and doors is extra (even though baseboards and furniture dusting is included in their checklist) and doors and frames were cleaned by Ariadna in the beginning and another lady we had for 2 cleanings who was also good but they changed her for someone else.

Management for this company is awful, they don't take your complaints seriously, they don't try to fix or improve the situation, they just try to sell you to a more frequent service which I don't know who would do that when the service they already receive is poor, and on top of that they then accuse customers of being offensive and cancel service on them. I'm sure they're going to have a great reply for my review but if anyone wants to see the videos of my "clean house" please let me know! I'll be happy to share. Do yourself a favor and find a company you won't have to complain to after every service!

MaidPro provided communication prior to, the day off, and after the service was scheduled. When we walked in the house was spotlessly clean. Great work by the team and DayMara.

To my surprise, some picked up and explained what the company offers and offered me a short application over the phone for price point of service. I agreed on the price and set up the cleaning. Early on Monday I received a call from Omar, one of the owners. He took the time to personally introduce the company, explain MaidPro’s high standards of cleaning, and provided his direct contact number in case I ever had concerns or wanted to customize the service. That level of responsiveness and care is rare—and very much appreciated.

The cleaning professional assigned to my home, Joaquina, was outstanding. She was punctual, respectful, and worked with thorough attention to detail. My home was left spotless, fresh, and well cared for—exactly the kind of clean that gives you peace of mind. Joaquina’s professionalism and commitment to excellence truly reflect the standards MaidPro promises. She even gave me a nice vanilla scent candle as a parting gift .

Another impressive aspect was the added service they offered for times I may be away traveling. Omar and his wife, Glorisol, offered for a small cost to send someone to bring in the mail, turn on lights, and keep an eye on the house to give it a lived-in appearance. It’s clear they don’t just run a business—they build relationships and trust.

I highly recommend MaidPro to anyone looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely caring cleaning service. With owners like Omar and Glorisol at the helm, and professionals like Joaquina on the team, you can be confident your home is in excellent hands.

Yudaimi and Daimara were my PROS for a scheduling cleaning on the 16th. This was for my new home my family and I would be moving into the next day. These two understood the priorities of what needed to get done and did so efficiently. They were timely, communicative, and very professional. They did a great job cleaning, especially that it was post construction. Would highly recommend this company and these two PROS.
