I hired this company for a move-in deep clean before moving into our new home. The staff was very kind, professional, and accommodating with my scheduling needs, which I appreciated. They originally quoted the job for five hours but ended up needing six hours, which I was completely understanding about.

At first glance after the cleaning, everything appeared clean on the surface. However, once we started moving in, I realized many areas had not actually been cleaned thoroughly. Most of the cabinets still had crumbs and food residue inside, the refrigerator and freezer was extremely dirty, the bathrooms had dust all over the walls and vanities, (picture below of paper towel after I wiped the bathroom vanity) and there were dirt marks left on the walls.

Because the company has such strong reviews, I had very high expectations and was unfortunately very disappointed with the overall quality of the deep clean. In the end, I had to spend a significant amount of time cleaning the home myself afterward. While the staff was pleasant to work with, I personally would not recommend this company based on my experience.
