Outstanding!! The owner, Fredys, is honest and fair, and provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. His team of guys would show up to work with a smile and were extremely respectful and polite around the family. I will be recommending Fredys and his team to everyone I know! We used them for tree removal, tree trimming, coconut removal, and planting.

Before hiring ONTOP, I gathered estimates from four other companies, but from my very first interaction with Fredys—via text and phone—I knew he was the right choice. His professionalism shone through immediately. He responded promptly and courteously, even coming out to assess the job on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Within hours, I had a detailed quote in hand. From that moment, I felt confident in my decision—and I’m SO glad I went with them!

This has genuinely been one of the best experiences I’ve had with a service company in years. The team’s work was nothing short of exceptional! I am extremely satisfied with the tree trimming service that I received. The crew was very professional and punctual. They did an immaculate job of cleaning up after the work was completed. The price was great!! I highly recommend OnTop Tree Service!!

On a Sunday I contacted OnTop on its website. I did not expect to hear from them until Monday. I received a text from them within an hour on Sunday. I texted pictures of two trees that needed to be removed. I did a lot of Google research as to range of cost. OnTop put its best foot forward on the price quote for each quote. I love service providers who do that—it builds credibility right out of the gate. I had a third tree that was so close to my house and so massive that OnTop thought it would be better to put eyes on it at my house. They should up first thing Monday morning. The quote was perfect. A day and time was scheduled with the caveat that they may be able to show up a little earlier on the day scheduled. They showed up an hour early. Three person crew including one of the principles of the company. The work was perfect. The clean-up was spotless. They also needed to be careful not to damage my neighbors property with respect to the massive tree. My neighbor was thrilled with the care that they took and the cleanup of his property. I don’t like to publicly associate my name with a review but not reluctant to do so for this company.

On Top Tree Service is an amazing service! I had tree roots that made the front yard look unkept and it was a trip hazard. They removed all the roots and leveled out the ground. The grinder throws wood and rocks all over and they picked up and cleaned everything very thoroughly. The staff is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them.

On top Tree Service was great! I got several estimates and they were the lowest price by several hundred dollars and were able to do the job right away. I have three huge black olive trees that I have to trim every few years as they grow quickly and drop tons of leaves. Freddy arrived on time, sent photos and videos before, during and after the job was completed, as I live out of state. His crew did an amazing job! I can recommend them without hesitation.

I have used this company several times in the past few years. They have removed sick palms as well as pruning large oaks and black olives. They are knowledgeable and careful about the landscape and property surrounding the subject trees. I would highly recommend them.

You guys surprised me. I don’t expect a professional job anymore in Florida. But you’ve been amazing, wow.
I needed to cut 2 trees and trim the third one.
Look at the pictures. I was afraid they could break my roof or neighbors fences. But they did an amazing professional job, very careful.
Very friendly owner and team. The workers are super sweet and attentive.
They cleaned all brunches and removed everything so good, it looks like it’s never been there.
Oh, and the price is great!
