Jasper and his electrician Jay didn't finish the job they were hired for. They kept changing the prices randomly and insisted they could charge whatever they wanted. Basically, they took my money, didn't complete the work, and left my place in a worse condition than before. They're not professional or reliable. I gave them chances to fix things, but it didn't work out. I'm leaving this review so others don't have to go through the same bad experience. I suggest paying a bit more for a reputable company that you can trust to get the job done.

ServiceWiz was fantastic and I will definitely be using them again! Jasper mounted paintings and also put in a wall anchor we needed 14ft high. I now have a go to handyman service.

Jasper was an amazing help in hanging multiple very large and very heavy picture frames for me! Very nice guy and will hire him again for sure!

Jasper is a con man plain and simple. If you can’t do a job don’t take a persons money and claim you can. Outside of hanging a TV he is clueless about construction and pays others to come in and do a terrible job while he collects the money in advance.

The subcontractor was doing a terrible, uneven job on the bathroom, wasting material and time. Showed up when he wanted and changed the herringbone pattern to brick where it was convenient but he even did that horribly.

Jasper become blamed the subcontractor that HE HIRED.

Eventually he came with a new installer when the first stopped coming completely. The new one said he needed more money and also to rip out the job that had been done (losing all the material that had been bought $750)

Jasper tried to pass the new cost on to us and we just wanted out of it and him to return the $1750 already paid to him in advance. He said he didn’t have it and had already paid the other subcontractor…why should we lose over $2,000 for his incompetence!?

In the end we had to pay a new contractor to come in, rip out everything and rebuy new tile and material all while Jasper scamming us.

He still hasn’t made any of this right which is why I will be pursuing all legal avenues so he never pulls this unethical behavior on any other potential clients in the future.

ServiceWiz came and corrected a bad air conditioning job by a local contractor. I’m grateful Service was was able to show up same day and save us from the heat

Jasper did an incredible job hanging our Samsung Frame TV, he cut drywall and was able to properly install the box into our walls so no wires show. We love it! Thanks

This company was so amazing they truly crushed it for us. They are fabulous and can truly do anything you want. Jasper who was my rep he came by and installed my TVs so clean and the wire management was so clean.

They also helped me build furniture and their general construction was amazing.

I hired Jasper to do TV unmounting and mounting. Jasper's work was impeccable. He was on time, and returned three times to ensure that the wall was patched and painted perfectly. Jasper was conscientious and attentive to detail, and cleaned up after the work.

I wanted to do it myself but couldn’t so I hit up Jasper and he did a great job fixing the dishwasher door spring. I highly recommend him he’s the real deal!
