This company was charged with repairing and painting our office building and did a wonderful job. They were thorough in finding everything that needed repairing: cracks in the stucco, rotted wood, separation in foundation, etc., and repaired everything as needed. They completed the job in under 4 weeks as promised. They went the extra mile in polishing and reinstalling the lettering on our building, leaving the brass letters looking better than new.

Our AC was leaking and we thought the coils needed a deep cleaning. We called Alma Maintenance on a Saturday and spoke with Ricardo, who gave us a price range for what it might cost based on the possible issues with our unit. He tried to pass by the same day, but because of our muted phone, we missed his call and thought we’d have to wait until Monday to get the unit serviced.

However, we got a call Sunday morning asking if he could pass by, and after inspecting our unit, it turns out that the coils were not the problem, but instead the water pump. We have had other companies clean the unit over the years, and they have done an ok job. But this time, and for the first time in 16 years since owning the house, someone took the water pump apart and gave it a proper cleaning.

The unit is now cooling a little better, the leak is gone and in all, we paid what felt like a fair amount for the job. Ricardo was extremely professional, knowledgeable and gave us some tips on how to keep the unit and water pump clean. We even got to talking about the health of our AC unit, what he thinks of vent cleanups and the hidden costs of solar power electricity.

Wow!!! Extremely happy with t their service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND” Ricardo and his team finished a detailed project in a week very clean and most of all they followed their scheduled by the book. Thank you for your time and dedication.
