I belong to the Board of Directors of a Condominium. I called Native Tree and they took 2 weeks to go to the Condo to quote for tree and palm trimming. Kathy who thinks is the owner has a very rough attitude. When they finally arrived to do the estimate, Kathy called and said that this was not going to work because there was no one that spoke English, mind you we had instructed them to go to the office in the clubhouse. When they arrived at the clubhouse they found 2 people that spoke English and then the guy doing the estimate said that he didn't need anyone to accompany him to go around the complex. I am still waiting for the estimate and when I called yesterday, Kathy told me that she was doing a time sensitive job, that she would get back to me. Today I called and the estimate is not ready yet. I called again and asked to leave a message to the owner and sarcastically she supposedly will let the owner know. If they are this irresponsible with quotes imagine if you contract them to do the job. Norma Espinet -Sovereigns Condominium

Hired Native Tree for the second year in a row last week. Gene really knows a lot about trees and trimming them to increase their health, and is quick to lend a hand to the crew. Cathy from the office is always very nice. Happy with the end result both times.

Professional, punctual service. The process from an assessment from Bill a Certified Arborist who was very knowledgeable and who demonstrates a passion for his profession to scheduling , cutting and cleaning afterwards there were no surprises.

I want to thank Native Tree Service for the great job they did trimming my trees. I am a residential customer with just two trees and was treated as if I was the only customer. I tried to get my neighbors on board so we call have our trees trimmed at the same time. This turned out to be very difficult. I asked for many variations of the proposal and they complied professionally to each one. When it was just me left with a smaller job, I became a pest because of the time it took with the neighbors. I realized my delay and started obsessing about my oak trees (not that uncommon) and wanted them cut right away, regardless of the delay I caused. Native Tree Service promptly trimmed the trees (beautifully) and was very pleasant about, even after I became irrational about the trees (yes, this happens). They handled me perfectly even at my worst. I strongly recommend them for the skilled arborist and their customer service.

I wish I knew what happened to this company. Twice I used them with great results. This year I couldn’t even get them on the phone. When I finally did after 2 months someone came out to look at my property and said they would send me an estimate. That was over 2 months ago so I had to find another company. Amazing how often this happens in South FL.

I had good luck with Native Tree Service personally with my Oak and Silver Buttonwood tree trims. However, this company was recently awarded a contract to service the grounds in Lakes of the Meadow. They are an absolute catastrophe of an operation in this capacity, tip to tail. Drive around and inside the neighborhood. We look third world since they’ve assumed command. They’ll be done soon here at LoM, rest assured. For anyone else thinking of them in the future, save yourself a headache and find someone else.

The guys who took down a large pine tree from my backyard did great work. It only took them 4 hours to cut the tree all the way down and another couple of weeks later, they came back with cold weather conditions to grind it into stumps. I highly recommend their services!

Four men spent five hours cutting down a huge sweetgum tree from my backyard. They returned two weeks later to grind the stump, which took them only an hour and half. I highly recommend their services as they did high-quality work for me at affordable prices!

Daniela was amazing!

At first I thought this company came off a bit expensive, however Daniella showed up and worked hard and methodically. Her attention to detail was great and when she left my home felt cleaner than ever.

I will continue to review the company moving forward as I know this was just the first clean. As long as I have Daniella coming back I know I’ll continue to be impressed!

Dolores came today. She was wonderful! She went right to work in every room and did an excellent job. Offered to help us when she heard us doing things. Every room was clean and shiny. Friendly, professional, nice!

Anny and Wilfredo worked in the apartment on 1/ 14. When my son and guests arrived they could not believe how spotless, shiny and clean the place was. Said the Maid Pros must have worked so hard. It looked beautiful!!

Kirdenia Cuellar cleaned my apartment earlier this December. She did a great job. All looked spotless and perfect when we arrived!

I am so picky in how clean my house has to be that I have not been able to find someone amazing all these years and I have gone through so many people. For the first time in years, I finally found the most perfect person to clean my house which is Alexandra Diaz. She was so professional and detail oriented. My house was spotless. I had not cleaned my house in 2 weeks since I am now 9 months pregnant and she did a spotless job with every corner and inch of my house. I am so happy I took a chance with this company. I finally found the company that meets my standards. I just hope that I am able to get Alexandra again for next week!!!! I will definitely putting in that request.

MaidPro has cleaned our home about 4-5 times thus far, including an initial cleaning of our apartment and them biweekly cleanings of the bathrooms & kitchen. We've been very pleased with their professional and thorough service, as well as their responsiveness when we've needed them to accommodate some schedule changes. In particular, Carlos has been wonderful with scheduling & Cintia did a great job on our most recent cleaning. I definitely recommend!

This was my first time using Maidpro. I was very happy with the result. Angela worked the whole three hours and did an excellent job. This is the first thorough cleaning of my condo in over a year and a half due to the pandemic. I am very pleased with the service and may bump up my cleanings from one a month to twice a month.
