This company has serviced my pool for a long time. Alfaro is my pool technician and does an amazing job. He is very communicative and helpful. Leaves the pool in fantastic condition at all times.

I have been with Amenity pools for many years and my pool required some maintenance. Charlie was the technician who showed up and did evaluated my pool. His communication skills were excellent you’re not only explain to me what needed to be done but he kept me informed on the progress of the job. After the job was completed, he cleaned up the entire area, that you couldn’t even tell any work had been done. In addition, he followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was working OK and came by to ensure that there are no ongoing issues. Charlie was a very pleasant, knowledgeable guy and he did an excellent job.

It was our first time working with Ammenity Pool. I was extremely pleased with the job Charlie did for us. He removed an old pool heater. He was thorough and left the area completely clean. He was professional , knowledgeable and suggested what we will need to get our pool up to par . Thank you Charlie ! 10 Stars !

BEST experience with this company! I called on a thursday and the next day already had a technician at my house. Charlie called me when he was about 30min away to let me know he would be arriving. He got to work right away, diagnosed the problem and fixed our pool heater. We are so thankful to him! He was so polite and friendly and took extra time to explain what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. What an exceptional experience especially in a market like Miami where its so hard to find good service. Would recommend them 100%.

Charlie is absolutely fantastic! He recently came by to fix a leaky pool pump, and since the pump was new, he didn’t even charge for the visit. It turned out a cracked nut was the issue, which he replaced on the spot, making sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He handled everything so smoothly and professionally. My pool has never looked so good. Truly a pleasure. Thank you Charlie!

Charlie is amazing!! Very personable & knowledgeable. I have never seen my pool so clean and clear and I have him to thank!
Charlie vacuumed the pool, replaced the filter and placed a brand new concrete slab for the pool pump to be securely in place. Charlie did all this seamlessly and effortlessly. All the while with a smile on his face!! What a pleasure!!

Charlie got our heater working, and took the time to help us understand how it all works, which parts are automated with remote, and which ones we can tweak for our preferences like waterfall, etc. Very personable and professional. Definitely recommend.

What a lifesaver! I called this company to assist with my pool as it started looking a little rough. Their staff was so professional and attentive, my pool looked brand spanking new again! I did have to call into their office to discuss a billing issue, but Nelly handled all of my billing concerns and was such a delight to speak with. I definitely felt taken care of and won't be using another company's pool services again!

In miami, Charley did an excellent job diagnosing a pool heater issue and then making sure he got it fixed as soon as he could.

All Florida has been servicing my community pool since we opened back in April 2022. I have absolutely no complaints! Their tech, Jorge Alfaro, services the pool 3 times a week and is extremely efficient. Any issue he notices or preventative measure he feels should be done, he communicates it right away. Pool looks just like the photos I attached EVERY, SINGLE, DAY. Beautiful crystal clear water. I credit this to his hard work. There have been times when it is not his day to come out and I have a question and he always responds and is incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend All Florida if you are shopping around for someone to service your pool.

Wesley has been servicing our pool for about 7 months and the transformation we’ve seen has been tremendous. He has had great communication with us and shows a lot of care for his work! I’d ask for Wesley if you are thinking about using Amenity for your pool service.

My swimming pool was in TERRIBLE condition. I contacted Amenity Pools in Miami and pool technician CHARLIE visited my home to begin to clean my pool. Charlie assessed what was needed; and provided the needed chemicals to clear the water. In addition, the pool needed more attention and Charlie traveled immediately from a Hollywood, Florida to address my pool issue. I am MOST appreciative for his attentiveness and professionalism regarding my pool service. Amenity Pools, you have a future customer due to your employee; CHARLIE. THANKS

They promise to come once a week and they skip some weeks. The manager is never at work. The receptionist are always apologizing and being nice that’s why I gave them 2 stars. Find a better company to take care of your pool.

Our HOA used the former All Florida Pools, now Amenity Pool Services. I called them 2 years ago to tell them we were firing them as their services were so poor that the county health department shut our pool down due to it being in such bad shape. But after we fired them, they continued to provide their poor services for 3 months without us even knowing. We found out when our president just happened to be on the premises and saw them working on the pool. Ever since then, they've been hassling us to pay for those 3 months. They actually want us to pay for poor service they were providing even after we fired them. I wouldn't have bothered writing a review except that now Amenity Pool Services is threatening to send our case to collections. They refuse to write off that bill. Anyone planning to hire them should know that's how they do business.

Terrible! Left my pool green! I complained and a setting crew came out and the pool continues green. I had their service for 5 months and it was a constant battle for them to do anything. You’re better off with a mom and pop that will actually care about their customers. STAY AWAY!!!

This is the WORST pool service and the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced!!! I don’t ever leave reviews and I have HAD IT WITH THESE PEOPLE ! I have called numerous times, my pool is GREEN and every time I call someone tells me they can’t reach their service manager and someone will call me back and NO CALLS BACK OR FOLLOW UPS!! I have literally called every single day and they say the SAME EXACT thing - someone will call you back - AND NO ONE EVER DOES!! Steer clear of these people!! They charge more than other pool cleaning companies are worse than anything I have experienced. BE WARNED!!! The reviews here are likely left by their own staff or friends and family.
