From day one, Excellent Pool Service & Repair has been completely transparent and in constant communication throughout the entire process. They were contracted to replace our pool pump and the experience could not have been better. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and took the time to clearly explain the process. This was a home warranty claim and he was very patient, answering all calls and keeping us updated at all times. It’s rare to find a company that combines professionalism, honesty, and excellent customer service so well. We would recommend Excellent Pool Service & Repair with our eyes closed.
