In the dryer vent cleaning industry, there are unfortunately many who practice bait-and-switch or show up with minimal tools and questionable methods. From the first moment I met Alexis Cruz from JPEX Dryer Vent, I felt trust and integrity. He arrived exactly on time, conducted himself like a true professional, and approached the job with care and transparency.
What stood out immediately was his equipment and expertise. In the past, I’ve seen technicians use basic drill-and-brush setups that can actually create serious problems if something breaks inside the duct.
