This is my first time ever using a cleaning service and I am so happy I did. Mirelys arrived at my apartment within the arrival window and did such a thorough clean. My apartment is small and I was working from home, but thankfully this was not a problem for her and she did an excellent job. I appreciate the hard work she put into cleaning my bathroom and floors, the hardest for me to clean myself.

I am very happy with the cleaning service I receive from Mariluz. She’s always punctual, arrives right on time, and gets straight to work. Her cleaning is thorough and detailed, yet she manages to finish everything quickly and efficiently. My home always looks spotless when she’s done. I had a very positive experience with MaidPro. Omar was very helpful in my pre clean consultation discussing the needs for my house to give me an estimate. There was good reminder communication leading up to my appointment. On the day of my cleaning Mirely did a great job. She arrived early in the appointment window and was very professional. I left to go to work and received updates during the process. My house looked amazing after the clean. I am very happy with the service and professionalism of Mirely and MaidPro.

She has been in my home already a few times and every time and every single time I am extremely pleased with the services. She is very respectful and hardworking. Arletys did an amazing job cleaning our house! She got our wooden floors so much cleaner than I can. It was so wonderful to come home to a sparkling clean, fresh smelling home. I highly recommend Maid Pro and especially Arletys!

He took the time to personally introduce the company, explain MaidPro’s high standards of cleaning, and provided his direct contact number in case I ever had concerns or wanted to customize the service. The cleaning professional assigned to my home, Joaquina, was outstanding. She was punctual, respectful, and worked with thorough attention to detail. My home was left spotless, fresh, and well cared for—exactly the kind of clean that gives you peace of mind. Joaquina’s professionalism and commitment to excellence truly reflect the standards MaidPro promises. She even gave me a nice vanilla scent candle as a parting gift .

Another impressive aspect was the added service they offered for times I may be away traveling. Omar and his wife, Glorisol, offered for a small cost to send someone to bring in the mail, turn on lights, and keep an eye on the house to give it a lived-in appearance. It’s clear they don’t just run a business—they build relationships and trust.
