Life changing! I am writing this on behalf of my nana who paid to have her brother's house cleaned. He is a huge animal lover. Particularly cats and his home became more of a cat sanctuary than a home for himself. Nekoblue completely transformed his home back into a clean and healthy environment. Years of buildup completely gone after one day. Thank you so much for taking such good care of him and his home.

Positive vibes with a touch of feng shui were prevalent after my first service with them. Jenny lived and was a business woman in Japan hence the excellent service. A definite splurge but well worth every dollar! They also provide white glove car detailing.

Im not one to complain but - Very poor service - turned up 4 hours late and did a rush clean at night. The cleaning was very bad and rushed, then they wanted to charge $278 for a 2 bedroom apartment. Poor follow up to fix the cleaning and never heard back from the company.
The cleaners speak no English but will talk about the clients in Spanish in a disrespectful way. Very rude in their approach and not good service so I’ll never use this company again.

TERRIBLE. My windows are now scratched because they use extenders with not enough padding on the windows. Windows were left with stains and they kept on saying the windows were defective until I insisted so much and they finally cleaned them with hose - what they should’ve done in first place. The owner called to apologize but the damage was already done.

Worst service, I got the deep cleaning which is really expensive. They did the bare minimum. You talk to someone on the phone and they tell you what that includes they send people and all of a sudden they don’t do that and that it’s extra. I paid the extra. We’re a family with a child and we paid the Zelle as respectful people at the end of the service. I called the person in charge Jenny she did not refund me anything or offer me anything as they left some areas dirty and the dishes not well cleaned. They do not dust the place they don’t move anything and if there’s stuff let’s say in your side table they don’t move it to dust it or even dust around it or the furniture. They really aren’t worth it and on top of that it’s Zelle so I can’t dispute it this is definitely a scam service
