Bogus/Very old reviews. Note there are no positive new reviews. Maybe this was a good company 5 years ago but NOT NOW!

1) They took over cleaning of my pool because I needed a company that had flexibility to change service days. I was told “No problem” my guys are always in the area. Then when I needed to switch days, it became an issue.

2) Within a couple weeks of starting service, I was told I need a larger filter system. Cost - almost $700. I held off as that didn’t quite sound correct.
Turns out all I needed was a new filter cartridge. Cost -$125. (This was done by my current company. Who laughed when he heard about a $700 system that was suggested by All Miami pools).

3) The final straw was when the pool man says he came and serviced the pool, yet there was dirt on the bottom (this after 2 days of arguing). I have ADT Blue cameras with ‘motion activated’ recording. I sent screen shots to the owner ‘Stephen’, which showed no one from his company coming to clean. When the guy finally showed, he said the pool was clean. Well... dirt on the bottom of the pool is not clean!

I called another company to start that day and terminated All Miami Pools. The owner promised to refund me the half months service fee.
I AM STILL WAITING & HE HAS IGNORED MY TEXTS!

Best pool company in all of Miami! Steven is highly professional and always gets the job done just how we like it. My pool is always SPARKLING clean after they leave. They work quickly and are extremely professional. Would highly recommend ALL MIAMI POOLS.

We have used a number of pool companies in Miami....and All Miami Pools is by far the best. They have exceeded EVERY expectation. Steven and his dad at extremely knowledgeable, always available if there is an issue, and deliver on everything they say they are going to do. They show up for scheduled cleanings on time, are thorough and proactive. I give them my highest recommendation without any reservation.

Highly recommend using All Miami Pools and make sure you ask for Steven! Steven is friendly and very responsive. A friend recommended this company to me. I was looking for someone to service my pool weekly and install a new filter. I could not be happier with the job they have done so far. Installed my new filter over 6 months ago and still working prefect. As well every Friday my pool is clean and pristine and ready for the weekend.

Frankly I was over Pool cleaners. I had two companies who were the same. They promise the world and deliver for about 4 weeks then the service crumbles. I contacted Miami Pools and expected the same. But after 6 months these guys are as great as they were on day one. They are super responsive, always available to help. They clean my pool weekly, but also replaced the pump and helped with an electrical issue. They do amazing work and I highly recommend them. Don’t waste your time, money and stress ion others, just call these guys.

Installed a salt water system and it’s been an incredible difference. My pool was turning green and very troubled during storm season. Not only was their recommendation great, our pool has been better than ever. Blue and just so light; feels chemical free and cleaner than it’s ever been. Price and service great. This father and son team are true experts and not upsellers. Best value and service in Miami. Complete game changer. Highly recommend.

We’ve had a great experience with All Miami Pools. They are very responsive, reliable, and diligent with their work. We use them for our monthly pool service, and they’ve also helped us with larger jobs, including installing a new heater and repairing our salt cell. Everything has been handled professionally and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy pool company.
