AC Repair Innovators

My AC had an issue on Friday night and i did not have anyone to repair so i called AC repair innovators (google search) . Very quick, next day service, technician was very professional. The problem starts when its time to pay. Once ready they asked me to zelle the money which i did in less than five minutes, i asked the tech for a receipt he says i have to call the office, fine i call the office and the person tells me to send my email address, i send it, the replies OK, never received it, Monday comes and i call ask for my receipt or invoice, they told me that they would send it soon, never arrived, called again, i was told in a very annoying tone that i will have it Monday afternoon, never arrived. I text on Monday night and after several texts where the person argues with me and it becomes a small back and forth i was promised Tuesday morning, called at around d10:30AM, i was promised within the hour. It is now Tuesday 1:11PM and i just called and i was sent to voicemail, i then called from my office (different number) and they picked up, obviously hiding. Conclusion: Still have not gotten a receipt which is owed to me for the repairs. Horrible customer service, horrible office personnel, unprofessional guys at the other end of the line. It is very sad because the technician did an amazing job and i am in the process of building a Duplex and was seriously considering sending the the floor plans so they can quote me two brand new AC systems and because of this behavior I will never consider using them and strongly recommend if you like things clear and black and white do not call them, they are obviously hiding something by not sending me what i am entitled to have after repairs. It is a shame, I do not know if the annoyed most horrible person that took care of me is the owner or someone that just doesn't care. Either way No bueno.

Circling back to the subject today Wednesday they called me saying i had an outstanding invoice for $425.00, I am besides myself. first off the amount i paid originally was $389.00, so the amount is wrong of course to my disadvantage, until i lost it on the guy and he quickly rectified and resent the correct amount showing paid. This company is a hot mess. I had never gone through something like this. Unreal.
