My a.c. broke in the middle of the weekend, I wasn't home most of the day, Ozzie assured me he would stop by when ever I was ready, no matter the time, he was there in 20 minutes. He immediately diagnosed the problem and gave me the possible outcomes. The job was done in less than an hour with a 1 year warranty.
