The repair person diagnosed a problem I had as needing a new thermostat. Since they did not have the type of thermostat I wanted, i got it myself. The root cause of the problem was not the thermostat but a blown fuse that was bypassed using bare copper which led to the transformer blowing. I understand that the tech likely didn't add this copper in there, but the next tech was able to diagnose that 240v power was bypassing the fuse and actually solve the problem. I'm checking this up to an expensive lesson learned, and do not plan to use this business again

Should get no star but you have to. Terrible customer service. Multiple phone calls everyday for a week and no resolve. They left a permit open and cannot help the homeowners close it.

The worst experience ever. Do not use this company. Poor customer service, the techs were very unprofessional. Nobody knew what they were doing. A waste of time and money.
