Excelente servicio de los trabajadores, me atendió Roberto con tremenda profesionalidad, la tienda está bien surtida y acomodada y su ubicación es muy buena.

Súper mala antencion fui con un juego de botellones de oxígeno y acetileno nuevos para llenarlos y me salieron con que los botelllones tienen que estar certificados, algo nuevo para mí por que se supone que Home Depot donde los compré es una tienda mayorista además que no saben dónde certificarlos y pusieron mil pretextos y los últimos botellones que fui a llenar me los dieron ellos y no tienen ningúna certificación ,el trato es pésimo la atención igual prefieren estar jugando en la computadora que vender

Hello people. I live in Puerto Rico and have a TGM 18k btu. Can you belive that I've been waiting for a month now without air conditioning because the parts I need Refricentro don't have it and come from China. Unbelievable.... and guest what, they are the only distributor here. Contact them, no help.... I was hoping for them to send it from us. Nope..... China 1 month and counting. Tgm first time, never again

I was at the store today looking for an a/c filter. I went inside and asked the bald guy in the front for the measurements I was looking for . He said “we don’t have it” So I was like well I was sent here I thought you guys did… , so he said who sent you here, I said AAA A/c supply. Then he reply in a very rude way “ how does AAA would know my stock that’s not my company”….. He didn’t even make the effort to look in the system or at least order it for me. I would have gotten it there! . Bottom line I went back to AAA a/c and got it there. I have to wait 2 weeks but I’m not in a hurry :)

Great customer service I come here almost everyday and the guys in Refri air always make me feel welcomed and they always have units all the materials that I need
