Today I had services done and I was super disappointed and frustrated with this company the charged so much and this is what I saw in the vent after I came home from work. My mom was here to receive the worker. However I’m so not satisfied with this company I deserve a refund or my vent cleaning properly. The picture will speak for themselves

This has been the worst experience I've had with a service in many years. I hired a deep cleaning service for my Unique Air Conditioning Ducts LLC, and what I received was a technician with a standard construction vacuum and a drill with a brush attachment that never went more than three feet inside the ducts. Besides not receiving the deep cleaning I requested, the technician carelessly removed the air conditioning vents and damaged the ceiling paint. He never washed the vents; he only rinsed them in my kitchen sink with just water, which left everything dirty the sink and the vents. When I asked about the damage, the technician tried to fix it with a product they use to seal ducts (Mastic), making the damage even worse. I contacted the company, and they replied that they would send a supervisor to assess the damage. The service was performed on February 10, 2026, and as of the date of this review February 16, 2026 I have not been contacted by Unique Air Duct Cleaning LLC. I ended up paying $414.00 for a terrible cleaning service, and now I have to pay someone else to clean the vents and paint the ceiling. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

The air coming out of the wall in my room was very slow and didn't feel cold. NextDuct in Miami did the dryer vent cleaning. Now the air blows really hard and I don't get sweaty at night again. Well done!
