I've referred countless family members and clients to this business, but I just recently had the opportunity to use them myself. I was very impressed with their courteous and professional staff, their explanation of the issues with my heat pumps and their work.

Very unprofessional, arrived late, couldn’t figure out how to use gps as he was clearly unaware of where he was going. Didn’t run any tests, just twisted couple of cables, said: “motor and thermostat are broken”, gave me immediately $700 bill for repairs and when I asked him how much each part costs he couldn’t answer. Which begs the question where that $700 came from ?

Roadrunner Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new heating and cooling system for me two years ago. I had called around and they were the least expensive by far. When I called them to have the new system maintenance, they had someone out promptly. They have been nothing but helpful and kind to me.

I recently had the furnace repair and was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the team. Everything was explained clearly, and the job was completed ahead of schedule.

The service tech was professional, knowledgeable and nice. We have used Roadrunner Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning for several years for different properties and we’re please with the service. They pay attention to the details. Did not have to ask to wear booties over work shoes. For me this is a hint as to what type of service you will receive. Courteous respectful quality service at a fair price.

Excellent service was rendered by Miami Heating & Air Conditioning. Their technician was very professional, polite, and on time. He addressed all of our inquiries and fixed our heating system. The job was superb, and the pricing was reasonable. For anyone in need of properly performed HVAC services, I heartily recommend Miami Heating & Air Conditioning.

Pulled up at 5:55 very rude gentleman who drives a white Toyota tundra looks like he was mad at the world maybe his wife cheated on him told me that if you were to ring me up it would be an additional $100 very rude very unhelpful Trying to show off in front of his coworker with so many HVAC places I definitely will never come back to this one

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service is excellent and I would recommend EEM to any HVAC professional.
