I called and got Jake who showed up as promised, diagnosed the issue in less than an hour and worked above and beyond to make sure that I understood what was happening and that my unit was fully functional. He tested everything and made sure the whole system is okay!

For​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ a long time, our dryer vent was clogged, and as a result, our dryer was very heavily impacted. It was quite difficult to clear. It was cleared in no time, and the effect of it was very significant.
