The technician Erik had me waiting at home all day for an appointment scheduled between 8am-5pm.But he never called or spoke to me. Around 3:30 I got some messages repeatedly delaying the service call. But he NEVER CAME OR CALLED! When I called, I was told that the technician said I canceled the service. And that was a total lie! I never heard from or communicated with any service technician! I'm extremely disappointed and had to call Choice to restart the service! This process has been totally unprofessional and wasted my entire day! I should be compensated for this joke! Erik never corrected me and never showed. Totally unprofessional service. I need to be assigned a new technician!

The technician David was professional & did what needed to be done but I didn’t like the fact that the inlet valve for my washer couldn’t be replaced due to they wouldn’t cover the part ($126.00) even though I have the MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT plan with Sears! I feel that this was an UNJUST service to me because I actually paid for this plan & Sears does not value me as a customer that I’ve been for 41 years.
