A business should always have someone answering their phone. It’s clear that the number advertised for this nursery is someone’s cellphone number. I called multiple times and even text the number asking do they have a particular plant that I’m interested in. No one responded!

I purchased my fiddle leaf fig at Summer Day! It’s so beautiful! I highly recommend this nursery. They have great quality plants!

This was my second time and I was lucky to find Zoraida again.
She helped me to get the right orchids and the plants that I needed.
She took to time to help me to carry them to my car..AND SHE NEVER LOST HER SMILE. 🙏

Massively overpriced. Unhelpful. Dishonest.

For some reason, they believe if you dont speak Spanish, you must be stupid.

Little did they know, I actually do speak Spanish.

It's a game I like to play to test people's honesty.

They failed the test and spoke poorly of me right to my face. For no reason other than they felt they could.

Sorayda is the best, don’t hesitate to ask her about plants/trees maintenance!!!! I recently went there in order to buy 1 plant for my living room. Instead, I ended up buying 4 beautiful plants.

Zoraida was wonderful, very knowledgeable and offers excellent service. Would definitely recommend!

I was there trying to get some plants for my house but after hearing the way the guy that was there screaming the way he did to the lady that was assisting another client I walked out. I don’t speak Spanish well but the only thing the lady told him was to give her a sec that she was helping someone and he just started screaming like a crazy maniac. I feel bad for the lady that was trying her best to help the clients that were there. If you guys continue to allow this you will loose business.

It’s ready horrible to have seen what I saw today, there’s no way you can allow an employee to scream and talk to another one the way the guy spoke to the poor selling lady. I don’t know what he was yelling to her about but regardless it shouldn’t have happen. Poor lady was just trying to sell and do her job and was so sweet and nice with us. Can’t believe she is being mistreated like that

I was picking a plant for my dead best friends parents cause today is his birthday. I was looking for about 20 minutes because I kept having to walk away from people to distance, which is fine. Can't help what we are in. I found a decent plant but I needed to reach the 12 dollar minimum. Again it's fine, no biggie I'll just pick one more. The lady told me I was taking too long and can't stay too long cause of the pandemic again understandable, but she got really close to tell me that which was redundant. I found that weird but rushed anyways. At the check out I apologized and told her why I took long and she just treated me like nuisance. I just wanted a nice plant for my dead best friend. Sorry I bothered you guys, I won't come back.

Nice and clean nursery. I would prefer them not to use the electric motor for cleaning leaves off the ground - when we were there. Waiting a couple of minutes would be kind.

It’s a great place to go. Zoraida helped us and she was great. We had no experience in plants but she was very knowledgeable and helped us selecting some beautiful plants. Great price too!!!!

They sold me eight plants that quickly died in my garden despite my good care. I was assured that they were full sun plants. No good!! You have to do your research, don’t trust what they say! Zoraida was very nice but she sold me these plants that quickly died. She is evidently pressured by her bosses/owners to sell.

Nice lady and great customer service. Not her fault though there were No succulents and nothing has a price on it. Not a good practice. Did not appreciate that at all. Drove all the way there due to the reviews. Bought three plants to not waste the trip.

The woman that works there (not sure about her name but she is very short and around 50 -55years old) She makes my experience so bad… she is so rude and she doesn’t let you talk when you try to ask something. I am 41 weeks pregnant and is a bit painful to walk so i took a short path and then she start screaming at me like I was killing the plants… the place is very beautiful but it needs better vibes…

Zoraida was so helpful and I was able to get the plant that I need for my vertical garden.

I love this Garden Nursery, it's very organized and have every plant I wanted. Zoraida she's a very nice lady whom is dedicated to pleasing customers, she really gave me the knowledge I needed to care for my plants. My daughter have also had me to go there and purchase plants for her and I've referred others too.
This is the best nursery to buy your plants from because the plants are healthy and beautiful they're also not expensive at all.

I adore this nursery! You could easily miss it as it’s located right off of Biscayne between North Miami and Miami Shores and only accessible from the south bound side. Not only does it have very friendly and knowledgeable staff, but also a surprisingly large variety of plants at very reasonable prices. Always a pleasant experience!

I love this place. The pants are as gorgeous as healthy. Best orchids in Miami.
Zoraida gives the best advice.
