Garden center says it opens at 8am and its 8:30 as i type this. Its been like this for a long time

I went shopping late Saturday and had purchases placed on the bottom of my shopping cart. I forgot that purchase and went back for it. When I arrived the customer service desk said James from the outside gardening dept had found it and brought it to them. I am happy to find people with integrity. I strongly recommend shopping at the Deerwood Home Depot on SW 152 street in Miami, Fl.

Just came back from tree shopping, stopped at a few places before here and the level of service at this Home Depot made our day,! German helped us, he made it easier especially since I can not make up my mind! Thank you German for making our start to the holiday season a great one, friendly merchants make your day and the shopping experience better!

I called the company about 30 minutes ago, the representative asked me to spell my name and last name, say my phone number plus alternative number and my email address, then told me someone who knows about my requests and needs will be calling me in a little bit to give me the information I need. About 30 minutes later “Ashley” called me to basically ask me again what is my name and phone number and that she will have another person who knows about my needs and requests will call me back, I told her I already gave all that information and even had to spell my name and last name so they should have that information already in the system. She got angry and told me I can either give her my information again, or she can’t help me with nothing else. Very rude, extremely unprofessional, if this is the beginning just to ask about prices and services I don’t want to see the rest. Thanks but I’ll take my business elsewhere

I am very picky about the details of construction. The level of detail in the installation of this artificial grass turf exceeded all expectations. The sales process was very smooth and Nick the sales guy stayed in contact the entire time. The scheduling team could be a little better in terms of communication, but overall it was a very good experience.

The Lawn Guys team did an excellent job, working efficiently with multiple crew members simultaneously to complete the task. After months of searching for a turf company that met our specific needs, we were thrilled to find this company. Their work was outstanding and exceeded our expectations.
