Extremely happy with Greenstar Irrigation !! Had several other companies over last several months work on system only to be left frustrated and with dying trees, plants, etc. Greenstar solved all of the irrigation issues, saved the landscaping and did so seemlessly without any problems! Would highly recommend and couldn't be happier - look forward to a lasting relationship with Greenstar maintaining system in the future! Can not express it enough......thank you all at Greenstar!!

Peter and his team did a great job! I needed a complete redo of the irrigation system (reroute, new sprinklers, new timer, etc.). Always on time, good communication throughout the whole process (took time to fully explain and make recommendations), they were careful with my recently landscaped yard and other decorative stones. Peter has followed up since in the event any support is needed as well, very much appreciated! Highly recommend!

UPDATE (almost a year later): Reached out to Peter and his team as I wanted to make some changes and they were quick to respond and resolve what I wanted done...on point with reasonable pricing and again, quality work! In addition, the team comes out once a quarter on a consistent basis to test my system and make sure all is working well. I can again, without a doubt, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our neighbor highly recommended us for Greenstar services. My weekend warrior DIY husband spent countless hours in the sun trying to fix our faulty sprinkler system. One call to Peter @ Greenstar, and it was fixed in a day! Now I'm glad to say that we are no longer watering our fence; the sprinkler heads are not getting run over, and our grass and plants are looking great.

Peter and his team were very responsive to my needs. Their job was done as promised, regardless that I was away from home during the time they did a complete upgrade to my irrigation system. They also have a reasonably priced quarterly maintenance plan.

The company started work at my home in Key Biscayne. They sent me a very expensive invoice for the first phase of the work and never completed the second phase, leaving my garden only partially irrigated. They also sent a second invoice that was never pre-approved. I do not recommend using this service.

I hired Greenstar Irrigation for a simple sprinkler repair after receiving only a verbal quote in the $250–$500 range, depending on complexity. There was no written estimate or itemized invoice. After the visit, I was billed $750, and when I raised concerns about several sprinklers that were still not functioning, the owner returned, claimed he found a broken pipe, and added another $100 charge — again without any prior approval.

When I questioned this and asked for clarity, the tone of communication became hostile and intimidating, including insults and veiled threats instead of professional discussion. Ultimately, I paid the full $850 simply to put an end to the unpleasant and stressful back-and-forth.

The work itself appears fine, but the experience was deeply unprofessional and unnecessarily aggressive. If you consider using this company, get every detail in writing first, including pricing, scope, and authorization for any additional work.

Peter Masi and his team did a wonderful job repairing my very old, sad irrigation system. They are professional, prompt, courteous, and strive for perfection. My lawn, my plants, and I are very pleased with the quality of their service.

Peter came out with his team within 2 days and did a serious "band aid" to tie us over until we invest in a landscaping project. Recently, Peter Masi went above and beyond. We were out of town for an extended time and he made a great effort to contact us to let us know that our pump was not working. We arranged for him to come into the house in our absence and he reset all the electricity to make it work again. He is a true hero!
