This is a trash company, this people are always guessing they’re not good at doing services. I bought an home from Lennar with an Ac from them and it has been a nightmare throughout this whole year. Finally have it running by another company. All they know is how put the Ac up and that’s it. The reviews here don’t lie.

Do not use this company . They will scam you . They told me that they need to change the electrical contacts for $254.20 . What kind of contact is that ? I told The manager to leave the old contacts but she will not agree because she said , it is under warranty . So fine , I told her to give me the picture of the contacts and she said yes . But the Aircon was not fix . The tech needs to comeback the next day .because he can not fix it . The next day , he came back again and charge me $109.20 . I ask the tech , did you change the contact ? He said no . So , why did you charge me $254.20 . He said , call the office . So I called the office . Where is the picture of the contacts that you change . Then she said , I can not give you the picture .

Karibe had to come out three times and they said they needed to replace the thermostat. They replaced my very expensive Wi-Fi thermostat that was working fine with one of their cheap thermostats. After talking with the manager he said he was not responsible to replace the thermostat with like kind. The technician should NOT have TAKEN my expensive thermostat with him. I just needed to show him that it was working just fine and he just did not have the knowledge of programming the Wi-Fi thermostat . After going round and round the manager did say if I did buy a new thermostat they would install that at no charge but now they are refusing my calls to make an appointment for them to come out and put it in . they are now hanging up on me which means they are refusing to do what they said they would do. This business Doesn't believe in do unto others as you would have them do unto you. I am certain that they would not have wanted someone to throw away their expensive thermostat and then not make it right. This is not a service-oriented business. I have requested the owner call me but they have refused. The manager solves issues by ignoring me. They said they would have someone call me back 5 times and gave me an excuse every time and no one has called me back. Now when I call they have my number blocked and they just hang up. I will be filing With Better Business Bureau. I am a consumer and they should honor their word. You can only cheat customers so long before your business fails. Vortex came out and fixed the problem after one visit. I would never recommend this company.

This is a garbage company. Per DR Horton, I am supposed to use them for emergency repairs. I've contacted their emergency contact line and left messages on two separate occasions over the course of SEVEN days, and still have not even received a call back.

Miguel, the technician who came to my home, was absolutely outstanding. He was extremely professional, arrived on time, and took the time to clearly explain every detail of the issue with my HVAC system in a way I could easily understand.

They were able to fix the problem on the spot, and now my HVAC is running like brand new. The difference in comfort and performance is incredible.

I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service I received and the honesty and professionalism of this company. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC issue you may have—trust me, you’ll be in excellent hands with Miguel and his team.
