Miguel IS THE BEST service/repair person I have had the pleasure of working with! He listens first, then he recommends and his recommendations make sense and are practical and as I found out at the end backed by his years of experience. He is not trying to sell a job he is selling the work that he knows will accomplish the fix. What amazed me too is the commitment to his work and commitment to quality. I am glad I choose Ben Franklin but I was lucky that Miguel happened to be the tech that would do the work. Ben Franklin has an incredible talent. Miguel thank you and thank for reminding me how important it was to make my 94 year old Mom happy also. You are the best and thank you very much my new friend!
