Price and quality were perfect. I thought I was going to have to have the floors of my home torn up and Alex educated me on a new technique that lines the broken pipe in order to repair and not have to tear up my floors saving me a HUGE MESS and money. Alex and his team were very professional and extremely polite. They definitely deserve more than 5 stars.

-=Pro Plumbing bills for time spent working and not job completion/satisfaction.=-

- Staff was consistently late without notice or missing appointments all together.
- Staff arrived without the proper tools multiple times. Used mine.
- Onsite Plumbers needed to call the office at times to ask for advice on how to proceed on work.
- Onsite Plumber attempted to modify the terms of the job by avoiding relocating a shower drain. This even after it was agreed upon with the owner and paid for beforehand..

Plumbing staff has been courteous and professional throughout interactions. It is apparent though, there are issues in how the company functions as a group in solving issues, communicating plans, internal communications, and the ability to complete a job on time; stating reasons that are later contradicted through action/inaction.

This is unfortunate for both Pro Plumbing and myself. This might have been an isolated case but it is a testament to what the company may provide you the future.

After having an amazing first experience 3 months ago, today I called them for a clogged shower and after charging me 225 to fix it, 4 hours later the clogging came back and I called them again and the least they’re charging me this time for a second visit was 175 claiming they don’t offer any kind of guaranties on a clogging which I perfectly respect, but now I feel like I paid 225 for nothing and my bathroom is still useless, if you ever have a clogging make sure is 100% fixed so you don’t have to call them again.

Recently move into my house and my master bathroom toilet would not flush after going thru two plumbing company that would not fix the issue i called pro plumbing and they fixed the problem right away my son had flushed a tooth brush and Alex removed it saved me from having to buy a new toilet great service and very proffessional will highly recommend thank you Pro plumbing...

Had an plumbing emergency, I received a call back within minutes. The plumber walked me through how to turn off the main water line and stopped gallons of water from gushing away.

I can't believe what I had to hear from my family. I had to CALL another company to get them to fix the issues they had. No response to the company that did such a "great" job. How dare you do this to my family. He overpriced my family for crying out loud, don't do it. Go to a company who is thorough at their job.

Came into fix a problem with the toilet, after they left the toilet started flushing on its own, looked it up it is called a "phantom flush". Scheduled another appointment, they showed up 2 hours late and charged us $100. However, toilet has been fixed.

I have used the services of Pro Plumbing numerous times and have found them to be professional, reliable experts that get the work done well and in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
