After a nice thanksgiving with the family we woke up to a flooded bathtub and a toilet that overflowed. Found this company through google at the last minute. My husband and I were very impressed at how quickly we got a response. We called Plomeros around 3 pm and Jennry arrived by 5pm. He fixed the entire problem and was done in 30 minutes. Read the reviews thoroughly there all fake or from friends. Everyone has only one or two reviews and some are to the other company owned by these owners. Nightmare with them, came to fix water leak 3 weeks ago, job was done improperly and they would not come out to fix the issue wanted to charge me again. I ended up needing to contact another company to get the work done right. I’m having to dispute the charge now in order to get my money back luckily I paid with a card and documented everything. If you hire them make sure to do before and after pictures and pictures and videos during the process. Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy if I had any.

Had an issue with my toilet and shower that was not draining. They answered my phone call on the first call and got to me shortly after on a Saturday.Yasser was very professional and knowledgeable. Price was great and service was excellent. Will use them again !

Normally I don't write comments, but this time it's necessary. I finished cleaning the kitchen on Sunday night to relax before work the next day. Everything was calm until suddenly... A plumbing disaster happens! The sink and dishwasher are full of dirty water and I'm scared. But you know what? Plumbing Dusters came to the rescue!

I called them thinking they would say, "Sorry, we're closed," but no. They responded, and the person on the line was very kind and understanding. They promise to be there as soon as possible. It's 7pm, but guess what? They were there in just 30 minutes. I was impressed!

He checks the situation, explains things to me like a 5-year-old, and gives me a sensible estimate. This guy knows his bagpipes and stuff.

What really surprised me was how this guy worked. At the last minute, a complex problem... none of that mattered. He rushed in as if he was on a mission to save the day. And you know what? He did! The work was top-notch and left the place spotless.

Now, let's talk about money. I was worried they would charge me an arm and a leg for the emergency work, but it was fair. They didn't make any shady moves. The company also offers a membership program, which is worth it if you have a home with old, dirty pipes like mine.

Other plumbers I call without looking at the problem already said it was going to be complicated and higher cost. And he just came for a free estimate without talking much but yes working a lot. Honestly, if I could give them negative stars that still wouldn't do it justice to how horrible they are. Most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with their estimate was nowhere near accurate as they did not even have the knowledge to know where to dig for the pipes due to their own error price increased significantly over their estimate not to mention several hours of additional work and completely destroyed the yard while digging up the pipe lines I would not recommend this company to anyone.
