Highly Recommend – Best Plumber Experience!

I had a broken outdoor hose bib (garden tap) in the backyard that connects through the wall to the laundry room plumbing. It was leaking badly and clearly needed a full replacement.

The plumber came out promptly, diagnosed the issue right away, and had it fully fixed in no time. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and took great care to clean up after himself — which we all know not everyone does!

Truly one of the best service experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing work. You won’t be disappointed! By the way he also fix my water connection to my machine that need work!! Thank you.

Very honest and fair prices. Had a problem in my house main drain line ( cast iron). I was prepared for a complete replacement of the lines. Instead, he passed the camera through and found the problem just outside the house. Fixed the small section of it, place a new cleanup cap, area for future cleaning. He really saved me some money.

He has been very patient as I initially ordered parts that didn't fit (I should have called him first), but he came back when I provided the correct parts to finish the job properly. He is very skilled and knowledgeable and an overall nice guy. He is always available when you need him. I would highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

Update... Shop owner reached out personally at 7pm and a service tech was on site promptly in the morning. He was excellent, and diagnosed with a computer.. System is running pending a sensor. Very pleased and thankful.

Scheduled a service call at 8 AM with a confirmed appointment of 10 to 12 AM, by them via text. 5 pm and a no show, not a reliable outfit. Would not recommend. Specifically I was a Flow Tech Customer of Mario's for 20 years, clearly a different attitude and montra. Disappointing to say the least.

We have a maintenance plan with this company and had a leak in our kitchen sink so I called to get a plumber to come by. Miguel came and said he couldn’t fix anything, just replace the faucet and gave us two quotes of over $600 and $900 to replace a kitchen sink faucet. He wouldn’t actually do anything to fix the problem, was just trying to sell, and rip us off. We called another plumber the next day and he came by and just tightened the leaky faucet for FREE. This is the difference between professionalism who actually care about service and those that don’t give a crap, very shameful and completely worthless and waste of time.
